I came to Del Webb to a Sunday open house out of curiosity. I met the host Carol Noonan. Almost immediately Carol realized the featured property was not for me. She showed me a more well-fitted property within the Del Webb community.

Erin is very pleasant and has an upbeat disposition. She always found houses that fit our price range. She never rushed us when we were looking at properties. She was accommodating in last minute appointments. Erin advised when asked for her option and let us make up our own minds. We would definitely recommend her to people when listing or buying a home.
Huntley Meadows is a single family home community built by Kirk Homes offering homes with it's own fishing pond (Catch & Release Only) and sidewalks throughout the neighborhood sells quickly due to it's convenient location off Route 62 and Haligus Roads close to Huntley's municipal building, Huntley Library & across from the New Centegra Hospital campus.
My husband and I would definitely recommend Huntley Realty's services, especially Erin Bendis. Erin was wonderful! She answered every email and phone call quickly. She went out of her way to find houses with basements for us to see. She assured me that we would find a house that I would be happy with. She assured me that there was time before we had to move from our home. She was friendly but professional. I am so grateful she was our agent!
