Alain Minelli is new President of Styrenics Circular Solutions
Amelia IRION has been appointed to serve as Group Human Resources Vice President for Air Liquide, and a member of the Executive Committee, as of September 18, 2023. She succeeds Armelle Levieux who, as announced previously, is taking on new responsibilities within the Group after 6 successful years at the helm of this function.
A dual American and French national, Amelia brings more than 25 years of international experience in Human Resources.
She began her career working for the global energy services and equipment group Schlumberger in the United States in 1998. She subsequently embarked upon an international path with the group spanning various HR leadership roles in research, technology, manufacturing, and field operations across Europe and the US. From 2009 to 2013, Amelia was HR Director of Schlumberger's R&D operations, before moving on to HR Director positions in several operational branches. In 2019, she was appointed head of Global HR Services for the Group.
From 2020 to 2023 Amelia has held the role of HR Vice President for the Colas Group, where she has served as a member of the Executive Committee and of the Strategic Committee.
Amelia is a graduate of Scripps College, Ecole Normale Supérieure d'Ulm and New York University.

Anuj Jain has taken over as the Director (Finance) on the Board of Indian Oil Corporation (IndianOil). Prior to this appointment, he was serving as the Chief General Manager (Finance) at the company's refineries headquarters.
A Chartered Accountant, Jain brings with him a rich experience of over 27 years with the energy major, at its refinery & marketing locations and Corporate Office. His expertise spans functions like corporate finance, treasury & fund management, supply chain optimisation, pricing, shipping, and taxation, among others.
Jain has also helmed the finance function in Lanka IOC PLC., a subsidiary of IndianOil, and served as a Board Member and a member of the Audit Committee for Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Limited (CPSTL), a key petroleum entity in Sri Lanka.

Under his leadership, Azelis has made significant strides to become the industry reference for innovative solutions, centered around the lateral value chain. Jochen's leadership has been critical in delivering this journey, including through the successful initial public offering of Azelis in September 2021, which was the third largest IPO ever on Euronext Brussels.

bp announced that Kate Thomson has been appointed interim chief financial officer. Her appointment follows the appointment last week of Murray Auchincloss as bp's interim chief executive officer.
Kate is currently bp's Senior Vice President, Finance for Production & Operations, responsible for the financial stewardship of and commercial partnering with the business globally. She has been with bp for 19 years, previously holding a number of senior financial roles, including group treasurer and head of group tax.
Before joining bp in 2004, Kate had worked in professional services firms including with Ernst & Young in M&A tax and as group head of tax for Charter plc. Kate has been a member of the board of Aker BP for the past 7 years and also serves on the boards of a number of bp Group companies. She is a qualified chartered accountant.

Kuldeep Singh has assumed charge as new Chairman & Managing Director of HIL (India) Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, under Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India.
Prior to this, he was serving as Senior General Manager in National Seeds Corporation (NSC).
Singh is a Commerce graduate and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDIM) from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi. He has over 28 years of rich experience in the agriculture (seed) sector, while handling different portfolios and departments such as head of marketing department in SFCI from 2001-2014; Head of production, marketing & legal & corporate affairs in National Seeds Corporation from 2014-23.
He also headed a number of committees in National Seeds Corporation regarding policy matters and pricing of seed. He was also Director of Rajasthan Seeds Corporation, Maharashtra Seeds Corporation, and Andhra Pradesh Seeds Corporation.
