I am a graduate of economic science of the universities of Frankfurt and Würzburg in Germany, having more than 25-years of professional experience in international companies in the Rhine-Main-Area in Germany and in Switzerland, with international accounting and tax consulting firms (Big Three), in the role of Financial Director / Controller with PR- and IT- subsidiaries... Since 1995 I have been working free lance as a consultant in international restructuring projects after firms have merged, particularly as Interim Manager in middlesized subsidiaries of German, British and US-American companies (Healthcare, Construction, IT/EDP, PR) as well as with one of the biggest investmentbanks.
