We believe that organization and active involvement within our communities is essential to the safe operation of business and local government... The Northern/Central Illinois Pipeline Association, founded in 2001, exists to help emergency responders, public officials such as mayors, and contractors/excavators safely work around pipelines and respond to any emergencies or incidents that may occur.
