While working for both small and large Chicago-based insurance brokerage companies, we noticed that people looking for an individual or family health insurance policy did not have access to a lot of reliable resources. The big brokerages only wanted to work on large, high commission clients while many small insurance agencies often assigned inexperienced employees and recent college graduates to work with individuals and small businesses, often providing insufficient and incorrect policy recommendations based on the client's needs... We are a licensed, independent insurance agency, with no allegiance to any one insurance company. If there is a good health insurance product available in Illinois, we have it.
