Adam McMillen, PE, LEED AP BD+C, is an associate principal and Director of Sustainability for IMEG. He serves on the Innovation Team, which explores advances in sustainable design and project delivery.
Adam's career is focused on making buildings more efficient and sustainable through measured, outcome-based performance goals and encouraging the AE industry to seize upon all opportunities that preserve climate, nature, and human health. He has extensive knowledge of energy and life-cycle cost analysis and also leads IMEG's energy modeling team.

Armand Harpin, DBIA, is Director of Federal Healthcare and a principal with the firm. He has more than three decades of experience and is known for his expertise in the healthcare industry.
Armand has spearheaded numerous projects aimed at modernizing healthcare facilities and ensuring compliance with federal standards. He has a deep-seated commitment to improving patient outcomes through IMEG's array of innovative and dynamic design strategies. His commitment to delivering results-driven solutions-coupled with his intimate understanding of the federal healthcare industry-has earned him a strong reputation among clients and colleagues alike.
Under Armand's guidance, IMEG has emerged as one of the largest federal healthcare engineers in the U.S. serving the VA, other federal agencies, as well as national teaming partners seeking innovative solutions.

Bill Kavanagh, AIA, NCARB, is an associate principal and IMEG's Senior Parking Consultant.
Bill leads IMEG's dedicated parking design team and is highly experienced in the functional design, documentation, and construction administration of parking structure and mixed-use projects with significant parking components.
Bob Winter, PE, is IMEG's Director of Hospitality and a senior principal at the firm. He is a licensed mechanical engineer with more than 30 years of experience.
As Director of Hospitality, he focuses on expanding relationships and delivering engineering solutions with current and new clients and strategic teaming partners in the hospitality market. His expertise includes complex renovations and large high-rise developments among other various niche project types. He is responsible for leadership, client development and strategic direction and has experience in facility assessments, due diligence studies, system concept design development and reviews, and quality control. Bob is a member of AIA and CoreNet and is a registered Energy Professional with the city of Chicago.

Brad has more than 29 years of experience in mechanical, plumbing and fire protection design experience. He earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University with Magna Cum Laude honors. He has been a member of ASHRAE since 1994.

Brad Randall, PE, LEED AP, is a Client Executive for IMEG in Philadelphia and a principal of the firm.
Brad has more than 30 years of experience in the industry and has expertise in energy efficiency and sustainability. He is an articulate and knowledgeable communicator and has presented design solutions in regional and national forums.
Brad received a bachelor's degree in engineering from Cornell University and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a member of ASHRAE, the American Society of Plumbing Engineers, Green Building United, National Fire Protection Association, and the Society for College and University Planning.

Bradick Young, PE, LEED AP, is Client Executive for IMEG's healthcare team in Chicago and a principal with the firm.
Bradick has more than 20 years of experience at IMEG as a mechanical engineer and project executive. He has worked in various markets (municipal, education, science/technology) during his time at IMEG but has focused solely on healthcare for more than a decade.
His experience ranges from green/brownfield developments, campus transformations, renovations, expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and facility evaluations within hospitals, ambulatory centers, and outpatient buildings. He is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois and a LEED Accredited Professional. He earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and is affiliated with ASHRAE, where he is a corresponding member on Technical Committee TC9.6 - Healthcare.

Brandon Fortier, PE, LEED AP, is IMEG's national Director of Science & Technology and a principal of the firm. He is involved with a variety of S&T projects, having developed a strong background with educational, government, and private corporate markets.
Brandon's expertise includes knowledge of a broad variety of systems, and with an in-depth understanding of energy modeling he brings sustainable solutions to his projects. Brandon's experience in managing technically complicated projects with the unique requirements driven by research-based spaces allows him to guide clients through the process of building design and construction.

Brandon Pierson, PE, LEED AP, is a senior principal and Senior Client Executive for IMEG's education and recreation team in the Quad Cities office.
Brandon has worked his entire career at IMEG and has served as project executive and project manager for many large and complex projects. He has a broad background of engineering experience, including master planning, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, chilled and hot water distribution, system controls, piping, plumbing, and fire protection systems. He also has experience with diverse projects ranging from universities, community colleges, sports and recreation projects, and office buildings. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Brandon has a deep understanding of building energy use that helps bring common-sense solutions to sustainable designs. He has worked with Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) teams to deliver projects in this manner while also incorporating LEAN principles into the IPD process.

Brendon Buckley is client executive of IMEG's Consulting & Advisory Services and an associate principal with the firm.
As client executive, Brendon leads the Building Intelligence & Integration, Technology, Healthcare Information Technology (HIT), and Security consulting and advisory teams, which help clients leverage their data to solve problems that fall outside of traditional built environment services. He also serves as market leader for all technology-based teams, driving sales, innovation and collaboration across the firm.
Brendon has over 25 years of industry experience in smart building consulting and advising. He is a business and systems process expert and has a deep background in helping clients maximize their technology investments in building intelligence. He has extensive experience in healthcare but guides the consulting and advisory teams in assisting clients in all market sectors.

Brett Casperson has nearly 35 years of industry experience. He is skilled in ensuring optimum performance from project teams and the successful on-time and on-budget completion of projects. Brett is a LEED Accredited Professional and is a member of the Arizona Association for Economic Development, American Society of Plumbing Engineers, and ASHRAE.

Brian Knight, PE, SE, P.Eng., DBIA, is Client Executive of IMEG's structural and seismic engineering team in our Vancouver, Washington, office and managing principal of the firm.
Brian is a registered professional structural engineer with more than 30 years of experience. His expertise includes the design of new structures, seismic analyses, rehabilitation and strengthening of existing buildings, and construction means and methods. Brian has built long-standing relationships with clients through his willingness to engage multi-disciplinary design and construction partners and apply innovative approaches that are collaborative, and solutions focused.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington and a Master of Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois. He is a registered professional engineer and structural engineer in 10 states across the U.S. and the province of British Columbia, Canada. He is a nationally certified Design-Build Professional® through the Design-Build Institute of America.

Brian Leavitt, PE, is a senior principal and Director of Electrical Engineering for IMEG's Technical Operations Team, which provides the firm's designers with the latest industry knowledge, standards, and tools.
Brian is an experienced project manager and lead electrical engineer. He has a variety of expertise including power distribution, lighting design, fire alarm, lighting control systems, emergency power systems, system analysis, and medium voltage distribution with a focus on life cycle cost on a budget. His past field experience as an electrician provides additional value with respect to constructability. Brian has a diverse level of project experience in healthcare, higher education, sports & recreation, K-12, government facilities, laboratory, mission critical, LEED design, and systems commissioning.

Cameron Smith is Client Executive in IMEG's Pensacola office and an associate principal of the firm.
Cameron has extensive experience in business development, financial planning and analysis, accounting, and contract management and has been in the AEC industry for 10 years. He holds a Certified Federal Contract Manager certification through the NCMA, and his focus is on joint venture management and supporting Department of Defense clients-including the Naval Facilities Engineering System Command (NAVFAC), the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Department of the Army.
Cameron has a bachelor's degree in finance and an MBA with an emphasis in finance and business strategy from the University of West Florida.

Carlo Taddei, PE, LEED AP, is Client Executive of the structural team in IMEG's Fort Worth office and a principal of the firm.
Focused on consulting for architectural projects, Carlo contributes structural design and analytical experience to the project team, alongside a genuine concern for serving the client's interest. His collaborative approach engages all project stakeholders to develop the most efficient structural system, while considering the impact to other building components, architecture, operation and constructability. Recognized for his efforts driving the success of both high profile and smaller projects, Carlo's dedication to client relationships comes through in the successful executions he oversees in both new construction, renovation, and adaptive reuse projects across a variety of market types. Carlo has Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering degrees from Texas A&M University and is a licensed professional engineer and LEED Accredited Professional.

Cathy Kitsman is an associate principal and Director of Project Marketing, where she has been a team member for 20 years. As part of IMEG's marketing team, Cathy oversees the development of the firm's responses to project pursuit submittals to ensure proposals effectively communicate IMEG's services, differentiators, experience, and core values.
She is deeply invested in the growth and success of the project marketing team through mentoring, collaboration, and creativity. She has volunteered with several non-profit organizations in Orange County, where she works to provide alternatives and support for youth dealing with mental health challenges.

Chris Lubrano is IMEG's Chief Information Officer and a principal of the firm. Chris oversees IT and network infrastructure and provides long-term data, technology planning and investment strategies.

Dave Bodenschatz, PE, LEED AP, is a principal and Director of Mechanical Engineering for IMEG's Technical Operations Team, which provides the firm's designers with the latest industry knowledge, standards, and tools.
Dave served for several years as a project manager and lead mechanical engineer for higher education, sports & recreation, healthcare, commercial, and government projects. He has a broad range of experience in VAV systems, displacement air systems, chilled beam systems, numerous central chilled and hot water distribution systems, radiant heating and cooling systems, heat recovery, building automation, energy modeling, and fire protection systems. His skills include facility assessments, feasibility studies, alternative mechanical designs, master planning, cost estimating, and phased design.

Donna Lough is Director of Learning & Development and a principal of the firm. Donna oversees IMEG's performance management and employee development programs to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
Donna has been with IMEG since 2016, previously serving as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Civil. She is passionate about employee development and creating an exceptional employee experience at IMEG. She is active in her community and is a member of the Junior Board of Rock Island, an organization serving women and children in the Quad Cities area.

Mary Essman is IMEG's Director of Human Resources and a principal of the firm. She oversees the firm's HR function, helping develop and implement programs that contribute to IMEG's vision.

She holds her PHR as well as her SHRM-CP and is a Certified Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential Coach and a Certified 360 Coach. Mary has over 20 years of experience and has served on the board for several area non-profits and is a prior recipient of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award.

Mike Zorich, PE, LEED AP, is a managing principal at IMEG and serves as the firm's Chief Operations Officer (COO). A licensed mechanical engineer with over 22 years of experience-all with IMEG-Mike has played a key role in expanding the firm's national portfolio and client base.
As COO, Mike oversees IMEG's engineering operations, growth strategies, and staff development initiatives. His approach, shaped by years of close collaboration with clients, focuses on understanding industry trends and best practices to prepare IMEG and its clients for future growth and flexibility. Mike has also been instrumental in the creation of IMEG's market sector development structure and is a key contributor to the firm's thought leadership.
Before stepping into his current leadership roles, Mike served as a healthcare client executive for IMEG's Quad Cities office. He later became the firm's Director of Healthcare in 2019 and was promoted to Vice President in 2022. Mike holds an engineering degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Iowa's Henry B. Tippie College of Business. In recognition of his industry impact, he was named one of ENR's 20 Under 40 in 2017. He is an active member of ASHE, ASHRAE, and AMFP.

Molly Foley is IMEG's Chief Marketing Officer and a senior principal of the firm. Molly serves as part of the firm's corporate leadership team overseeing strategic brand positioning, brand experience, and national business development support objectives.
Molly has 25 years of marketing, communications, and economic development experience with a successful record in getting initiatives off the ground and flourishing. She is an active community advocate and award winner, having served on many civic and non-profit boards including being named the first female commissioner on the Metropolitan Airport Authority at the Quad City International Airport. Molly has also been involved in conducting research on generational shifts and how different generations impact economic trends.

Nick Hrabak is Director of Technology Engineering for IMEG's Technical Operations Team, which provides the firm's designers with the latest industry knowledge, standards, and tools.
Before joining the Technical Operations Team, Nick served as a lead technology systems engineer on several of IMEG's largest and most complex projects. He is experienced in the design of structured cabling, audio visual, access control, closed circuit television, and CATV systems for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and government facilities. His attention to detail and his extensive knowledge of the technology industry have been essential to his ability to develop technology deliverables that contain significant value for clients.

Paul Parry, PE, LEED AP, is IMEG's Vice President of Engineering and an executive principal.
Paul has expertise in high performance building design including chilled beam, geothermal, displacement ventilation, photovoltaics, and heat recovery chillers. He is adept at alternative design evaluation, energy modeling, life-cycle cost analysis, and LEED certification. Paul has spent his entire career with IMEG, where he also serves as Technical Operations Team Director. He led many of the firm's LEED Platinum and net zero energy projects, and his innovative design for the University of Illinois Business Instructional Facility earned him an ACEC-Illinois Eminent Conceptor Award. He also was named a Quad City Leader Under 40 and a "Mover and Shaker" by the Quad City Business Journal.
Paul earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Iowa in 1989. He is licensed in 15 states and is a member of ASHRAE, NIRSA, and SFPE.
Paul VanDuyne, PE, is the president and CEO of IMEG, bringing 50 years of engineering and leadership expertise to the firm. As the head of the organization and an executive principal, Paul drives IMEG's vision and strategic growth initiatives, guiding the company toward continued success.
Paul, an electrical engineer by trade, joined the company-then known as KJWW-as its 16th employee in 1976. His dedication and leadership propelled him to the role of president in 2003, when the firm had 200 employees and four locations in the Midwest. In 2015, Paul embarked on a bold vision for growth, expanding IMEG through a combination of organic development and strategic acquisitions. Under his leadership, IMEG has grown into a national powerhouse with over 90 office locations, 3,000 team members, and top national rankings on both ENR's Top 500 Design Firms and BD+C Giants lists.
Paul's achievements have earned him numerous accolades, most recently ENR's Midwest Legacy Award in 2023. He is a member of the Design Futures Council, NSPE, IES, and AEE, and serves on IMEG's Board of Directors. Beyond IMEG, Paul is actively involved in the broader community, having chaired multiple non-profits, and is a member of Strategic Coach, Chief Executive Network, and a regular attendee at the EFCG annual conference.

Roland Pulley is IMEG's Chief Financial Officer and a senior principal of the firm. Roland is responsible for all financial and accounting activities and plays a major role in acquisitions during the negotiation, due diligence and integration phases.
Roland is a 1977 graduate of Iowa State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial Administration. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1979, and by age 28 was promoted to partner at McGladrey & Pullen (now RSM), a national certified public accounting firm where he worked for 22 years. His later experience includes positions as part owner and COO/CFO for the Bedding Group (1999-2008) and for PCT Engineered Systems, LLC (2008-2015), where he later served as director of operations and planning. Roland joined IMEG in 2017.

Susan Blaskovich is IMEG's Chief People Officer and a principal of the firm. Susan develops and implements human resources strategies and people-centric solutions to advance the company's business goals.

She has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and operations and has a bachelor's degree in business management from Iowa State University and a master's degree in business administration from Colorado State University.
