Ali Hami, PE, is a principal and Project Executive for IMEG's San Antonio office and has more than 30 years of professional experience as a mechanical engineer.
Ali has extensive experience designing energy-efficient mechanical systems for education and central plant facilities. Ali has a passion for innovative design and believes open communication and collaboration among all design team members is the key to a successful project. He earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Youngstown State University and is a member of ASHRAE.

Andy Thielen, PE, is a managing principal and Senior Director of Mergers & Acquisitions. He oversees the integration of new teams joining IMEG and develops customized plans to ensure they remain successful, profitable, and achieve their specific business goals.
Andy started with IMEG in 1997 and is a graduate of Iowa State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Prior to becoming Senior Director of Mergers & Acquisitions he served as client executive of IMEG's Des Moines office. His engineering expertise includes system constructability, budgeting, efficiency, and crossover for electrical systems. He specializes in master planning for facilities, as well as generator systems, mission critical designs, industrial controls systems, development/planning, and systems selection.

Armand Harpin, DBIA, is Director of Federal Healthcare and a principal with the firm. He has more than 30 years of experience across a broad spectrum of industries and has been instrumental in leading national strategic efforts for IMEG.
Armand has developed longstanding internal and external relationships that provide pathways for positive outcomes for spaces IMEG helps design and build. As a member of IMEG's national healthcare and federal leadership teams, Armand works with the firm's broad experience and expertise in the Federal Healthcare Market, expanding existing and building new relationships with federal healthcare clients and strategic teaming partners, many of whom he has worked with for 15 years. He also strategizes with IMEG's offices and diverse staff to deliver engineering solutions for our federal clients.
Armand dedicates his work to the well-being of our country's veterans and active duty warfighters. He is nationally certified Design-Build Professional, a member of HFI, SAME, ASHE, MOSHE, the St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers, and is a former member of the board of directors for the St. Louis Chapter of ACE Mentorship Program of America.

Bill Zink, PE, is a Senior Director of Mergers & Acquisitions. He oversees the integration of new teams joining IMEG and develops customized plans to ensure they remain successful, profitable, and achieve their specific business goals.
Bill has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering infrastructure and land planning and most recently was Senior Client Executive of a civil team in IMEG's Fairfax office. He has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin and is a licensed professional engineer. He is a lifetime member of the Northern Virginia Building Association (NVBIA) Board of Directors and a past president of the Fairfax chapter, which awarded him the Associate of the Year Award.

Bob Okajima, PE, LEED AP, a managing principal and client executive for IMEG's Anaheim team. Bob has been with the firm for more than 25 years.
Bob's vast engineering experience includes designing, budgeting, overseeing production, and construction administration in a variety of markets including healthcare, university, government, justice, aerospace, and housing. Bob specializes in the design and construction of central plants including cogeneration; upgrading of various mechanical equipment and systems; and comprehensive master planning and infrastructure assessments. In addition to his LEED AP accreditation he is an Associate DBIA and a mechanical engineering graduate of the University of Southern California.

Bob Pronier is a senior principal and senior client executive of IMEG's structural teams in Fairfax, VA, and Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, TX.
Bob earned his civil engineering degree from the Un iversity of North Carolina - Charlotte and is an active member in numerous industry associations throughout the Washington, D.C. region. He has more than 35 years of experience in the A/E/C industry managing the design and construction of a broad range of building types. Bob excels in client service, project delivery, and leadership, and understands the many facets of the industry and the needs of his clients.

Bob Winter, PE, is IMEG's Director of Hospitality and a principal at the firm. He serves as Client Executive for IMEG's Pasadena-based MEP team. Bob is a licensed mechanical engineer with more than 30 years of experience.
Bob's expertise includes complex renovations and large high-rise developments among other various niche project types. He is responsible for leadership, client development and strategic direction and has experience in facility assessments, due diligence studies, system concept design development and reviews, and quality control. Bob is a member of AIA and CoreNet and is a registered Energy Professional with the City of Chicago.

Brad Randall, PE, LEED AP, is a client executive for IMEG in Philadelphia.
Brad has more than 30 years of experience in the industry and has expertise in energy efficiency and sustainability. He is an articulate and knowledgeable communicator and has presented design solutions in regional and national forums.
Brad received a bachelor's degree in engineering from Cornell University and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a member of ASHRAE, the American Society of Plumbing Engineers, Green Building United, National Fire Protection Association, and the Society for College and University Planning.

Brandon Fortier, PE, LEED AP, is IMEG's national Science & Technology Director and a principal of the firm. He is involved with a variety of S&T projects, having developed a strong background with educational, government, and private corporate markets.
Brandon's expertise includes knowledge of a broad variety of systems, and with an in-depth understanding of energy modeling he brings sustainable solutions to his projects. Brandon's experience in managing technically complicated projects with the unique requirements driven by research-based spaces allows him to guide clients through the process of building design and construction.
