Graciela Martinez joined the team at ICE, Inc. in 2014. She welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries, handles all incoming and outgoing mail. She is also one of our lead coordinators and ensures that all patient visit requests are met.

Gwen Coney, RN, is an infusion consultant at Infusion Care Experts, Inc. with an extensive background in infusion therapy. She attained her national certification, CRNI, in 2005. Gwen has worked as a Nursing Director for a pharmacy servicing long-term care as well as home infusion patients.
Gwen has been active in both the local and national Infusion Nurses Society where she has been a Board Member for four years. She currently serves as President of the New Jersey Infusion Nurses Society.
Gwen's background includes hematology/oncology, home infusion, and long-term care infusion. She also has collaborated with attorneys as an expert witness on medical malpractice cases involving infusion therapy. Gwen earned her degree from Raritan Valley Community College in 2003. She takes pride in the service and care she provides both as a Registered Nurse and as a Consultant.

T. Neville Richardson, Executive Director and Infusion Consultant, is one of the core nurses of Infusion Care Experts, Inc.He has been a certified PICC nurse since 1997, and his clinical nursing experience encompasses a number of areas. He has completed additional specialty certifications, including Certified PICC Ultrasound Inserter (CPUI) and the Allogeneic Bone Marrow Transplant Certification program.
Prior to joining ICE, Mr. Richardson was an Infusion Nurse Clinician for Coram Health Care and Nursing Case Manager at VNA of Totowa. In addition to infusion nursing, he has related experience as a Telemetry Charge Nurse and in Detox nursing, medical surgery, emergency, and intensive care.
Mr. Richardson graduated from Elizabeth General School of Nursing (now Trinitas Nursing School) with a diploma in Nursing and an Associate of Science from Union County College, Cranford, N.J. He is currently enrolled in the BSN/MSN program at Kean University.
