Initiative Consulting was founded by Lance Greenwood after leaving Peregrine Systems in mid-2002 (Peregrine closed Australian operations and were later acquired by HP Software in 2006). Initiative co-founded Anadex Pty Ltd in late 2002 which went on to become an HP Software Platinum Partner focussed primarily in the IT Service Management arena. Anadex was very highly regarded with numerous clients including AXA Australia, CFA - Victoria, Coles Myer, Department of Defence, HP, Telstra and Unisys... Today Initiative Consulting offers extensive experience to assist clients in realising real business value and outcomes from IT Solutions.
