Carey Luo

Carey Luo was born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In 1993, Carey moved to the United States with her father and older sister to reunite with her mother and two younger sisters in Seattle. She speaks fluent English, Vietnamese and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Carey joined Integrity Law Group as the first staff employee in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant. Within the first year, Carey was promoted to Legal Secretary after excelling in her roles with Bankruptcy cases, Loan Modifications and Immigration cases. Carey has an additional role as our multilingual interpreter, being fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese and English. Carey is a vital part of Integrity Law Group. In her spare time, Carey spends time with her husband and her three adorable children. Carey enjoys camping, swimming, and events with her family.

Justin Mishkin

Justin Mishkin received his undergraduate degree from University of Washington, with certificates in Political Science and Economics. After undergraduate school, Justin attended law school at University of La Verne College of Law, a small private law school in Southern California. While in law school Justin spent two years at a family law clinic donating his time to helping those who could not afford to pay for legal representation. While at the legal clinic, Justin helped to prepare hundreds of family law petitions. After law school, Justin served as general counsel for a company that specialized in the sales of surplus, salvaged and green building material. While serving as general counsel, Justin drafted and negotiated contracts, both local and international. Justin also advised the company on employment rights, and various other environmental issues. After his time as general counsel, Justin was employed with one of the oldest most prestigious corporate boutique bankruptcy law firms in the northwest. Justin's mentor was one of the original founding partners and a highly respected bankruptcy attorney. Under his direct guidance, Justin learned the intricacies of Chapter 11 bankruptcy, personal bankruptcy, and various other transactional works. While at the firm, Justin was in charge of one of the firm's largest clients preparing motions, briefs, and petitions in the Bankruptcy Court, U.S. District court, and State Supreme court. He also formed entities, conducted case management, and prepared asset protection documents for clients ranging from small business to some of the largest developers in Washington. In 2008 Justin and his law partner Max Soi established their law firm in the International District, Seattle. Justin focuses his practice area in Bankruptcy law, Loan Modifications, Business Transactions, Short Sales, Mediation and Collections. Justin holds a license to practice law in Washington State, and has made time to donate his efforts and legal knowledge to two free legal clinics. These clinics provide much needed legal services for those who cannot otherwise afford legal help. Additionally he donates time to various bar associations groups.

Max Soi

With global reach, Max has helped hundreds of clients immigrate successfully to the United States. He has specific expertise in assisting investors and professionals who wish to acquire the EB-5 Immigrant Investor visa. Respected as one of the country's top immigration attorneys, Max has a broad legal background with extensive knowledge and court room experience in business visas, deportation proceedings, immigration appeals, and civil matters.

Yaamini Sharma

Yaamini Sharma is a dual-qualified lawyer and admitted to practice both in Washington State and India. Yaamini received her LLM from Berkeley Law in 2019, where she was a member of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. She completed her first law degree from India in 2013. In law school, she served as President and Secretary of the Moot Court Society and on several awards in National Moot Court Competitions. Before joining Integrity Law Group, Yaamini was employed as a Litigation Associate in India for three years before obtaining her LLM, representing clients in Breach of Contract, Trademark Disparagement, and Company Law in Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India. Yaamini then worked as an Attorney for two years at a big law firm in Seattle, where she reviewed and coded clients' documents for responsiveness, privileged communications, and issues involved. Yaamini also worked at an employment law firm, where she represented employers in litigations involving workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation. Yaamini is a general litigator that focuses her practice areas on Bankruptcy Law, Business Transactions, Real Estate, and Collections. Yaamini serves as Board Director of Washington Lawyers for the Arts (WLA), a nonprofit service organization dedicated to supporting the arts in Washington state by creating alliances and making legal resources accessible to artists and arts organizations of all disciplines. It provides much needed legal services for those who cannot otherwise afford legal help. Yaamini is fluent in Hindi.
