IRG COMMERCIAL - Key Persons
Felicia joined IRG March 2005, as a part of our mentoring program. Her position in Instructional Property Management gives Felicia a unique insight into the importance of real estate asset management, meeting budgetary goal while maximizing value.

Larry joined IRG in July of 2005 and is responsible for IRG's property management and maintenance. Larry is also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations. He works directly with our tenants and vendors to ensure a good experience for all of our tenants.
Laura joined IRG in 1984 while finishing high school. She has an extensive background in commercial and residential real estate asset accounting management. During college she continued to learn all the disciplines of on-site property operations progressing into financial controls and analysis.

Marnie's real estate career began in 1970 as a residential agent with a passion for land development. She went on to work for a large multi-family company, New Homes of America, in Manhattan running upwards of 20,000+ units in her East Coast Portfolio.

Michael is one of the original founding partners of IRG. Michael is responsible for all financial reporting, record keeping, and accounting for all properties in IRG's client portfolios. Michael has also developed and designed all of the management software IRG currently utilizes for all clients.
Michael has deep experience in the REO world, having led development and asset management with what quickly became the nation's largest REO servicer, managing 25,000+ transactions, approximately $3 billion in gross annual sales revenue.

Somer joined IRG Commercial in August, 1998, under our mentorship program. In January, 2002, she was promoted to Director of Leasing & Marketing. Somer has grown and developed long lasting relationships not only with her clients and tenants but also with the numerous referrals she has received over the years.

Steve joined IRG in November 2016, as their Director of Commercial Real Estate. For more than 20 years, Steve has been a leader in the commercial real estate industry. He shares a passion for establishing long-term successful relationships with clients while being a go-to resource for any office, retail, industrial or land brokerage needs.
