Christine Edge - CEO

Christine brings equal parts tenacity and compassion to her leadership role as CEO of IVS, which she's held since 2011. One of IVS' founding employees, she previously directed Sales and Engineering from 2005-2010. The same ‘No nonsense, No excuses' work ethic that propelled her to CEO is invested every day in the success of the customer experience for all IVS clients. Her career in the contact center industry spans the early days at Rolm Corporation (now Siemens), Rockwell Electronic Commerce, and later Edify (now Convergys) where she was a Senior Sales Engineer. The breadth of her 20+ years experience - from Sales to Engineering to Software Development - gives Christine and IVS Clients a well-grounded advantage in an ever-changing industry. Christine studied Liberal Arts at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Christopher Edge - CTO

Chris began his love affair with software in the 7 th grade when he developed some computer programs for his teacher in his hometown of Columbus, Georgia. He would go on to study Computer Science at one of the nation's leading innovation universities, Georgia Tech, where he was quickly recruited by Sales Technologies - a pioneer in salesforce automation and subsidiary of Dun & Bradstreet. From there he joined Avaya in New York City, where he designed and implemented company-wide voicemail systems for the Tri-State area. Chris assumed a technical, project leadership role for Edify Professional Services (now Convergys) where he eventually connected with colleagues to form IVS. Chris' unwavering command of contact center technology is matched only by his voracious appetite for changing technologies. Both allow him to focus on defining product direction while providing technical excellence and the right solution for each and every IVS customer.

Jay Bolton - Chairman

A serial entrepreneur and "Possibility Peddler," Jay brings his limitless energy, creativity, and passion to IVS' mission. As a former Nuclear Reactor Supervisor in the United States Navy and later at MIT, Jay managed and oversaw energy, experiments, training, and personnel. A shift toward software development laid the foundation for Jay to create Blue Flame Industries, a venture firm and social enterprise founded by a team of successful entrepreneurs with the goal of helping great people with great ideas build great companies. Integrated Voice Solutions is one of those great companies - created and bootstrapped in 2004 to form a best-in-breed solutions group for the contact center market. Today IVS is an industry leader calling some of the nation's largest enterprises in retail, healthcare and finance as clients. Jay continues to evolve and enhance the customer experience with IVS' team and client base through innovation and determination. Jay attended Northeastern University with a BSEE major.
