C.J. Pérez is Managing Director of International Executive Recruiting Group (IERG), a boutique executive search firm specializing in recruiting for clients across several industries in the US and Emerging Markets. Prior to founding IERG in 2001, he spent three years with Russell Reynolds Associates, where he ultimately opened and managed the firm's office in Miami. Previously, Mr. Pérez was a Consultant with Bain & Company, assisting FORTUNE 100 companies in the U.S. and Mexico in managing their strategic and operational issues. Earlier, he spent three years with Warner Lambert Venezuela, most recently as Senior Brand Manager in the Personal Care Products Division. He began his career with Procter & Gamble as a Telecommunications Analyst.

Enid Trombetta serves leading local and multinational organizations in South America, in the technology, consumer products and financial services industries. She has sixteen years of experience in Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina in executive recruiting and human resources. Before joining International Executive Recruiting Group, Ms. Trombetta spent five years at Accenture, formerly Andersen Consulting, most recently as Human Resources Director for the Andean Pact Region. Prior to that, she held key human resources management positions at Bayer S.A., British Oxygen Company Group S.A., and Liquid Carbonic Venezolana S.A. (PRAXAIR). Ms. Trombetta began her career with Banco Mercantil, in Venezuela, as Human Resources Analyst. Ms. Trombetta received her B.A. degree in industrial relations from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, in Caracas, Venezuela.
