Each restaurant or group can be accessed via a User ID and Password. One user might access only one establishment or the complete chain. The password of a user can be changed by the users themselves for improved security... The inTouchLink reports can easily be exported to Microsoft Excel when the raw data is required for further custom, offline calculations... This report gives a good overview of the totals regarding : Gross Sales, Nett Sales, Banking Sales, Comps, Vat, Voids, Head Count, Ave Per Head (excl Vat), Ave Per Head (incl Vat). It also gives the sales by category and the Payments Breakdown.
