Alain is the Chief Operating and Financial Officer of intoPIX since 2010. Since 2007, his mission is to organize, develop and ensure the sustainability of the intoPIX growth. With a civil engineering degree from the University of Liège, Alain began his career as an IT manager in charge of the implementation of ERP systems in SMEs of the Aspel group. In 2002, he was appointed Finance & Administration Manager of the group. Alain's greatest strengths are his analytical and organizational skills, his reliability and his intellectual curiosity. At intoPIX, he puts great emphasis on corporate governance and people development.

Charles Buysschaert holds a Master's degree in Electro-mechanical engineering from the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) in Belgium. He started his career as embedded software developer in the automotive and then joined the broadcast industry, working at Grass Valley. In 2009, he joined intoPIX bringing a complementary software expertise to the development team. He has since created and grown this software team to deliver 100% software-driven products like FastTicoXS CPU & GPU libraries. Charles also contributed to the development of TICO and JPEG-XS algorithms mainly in the software modeling aspect.

Strategist, marketer and agile product leader, motivated by team management, business development and new technologies. Jean-Baptiste Lorent joined intoPIX in 2007 and leads the product, marketing and business development strategies to meet the goals of intoPIX. Jean-Baptiste has a strong effectiveness to capture the voice of the market and customer to drive product development and communication. At intoPIX, he held product management positions managing agile product development, and contributed to the expansion of intoPIX business over several industries, including Broadcast, Pro-AV and Consumer Electronics. He is active in different standardization committees and alliances. He holds a business engineering Master Degree from the Louvain School of Management (Belgium) with minor in innovation development and business strategy.

Experienced application designer and deeply process-oriented, Pascal joined the intoPIX development team in its early days in 2006. He likes to share his experience with newcomers and external teams through guidelines, examples and methodologies. He truly believes in Agile methodologies to improve innovation cycles and the development team's productivity by heading to valuable, simple and robust designs. Constantly analyzing internal and external feedback, he proposes effective and sustainable solutions to organize teams and create tools to best serve the users of intoPIX's technologies. He is a team leader in algorithmic research for image and video compression and inventor of several patents.

Renaud holds a Master's degree in Electro-mechanical engineering from the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL ouvain) in Belgium. He started his career as researcher in low-power digital circuit design during 4 years. He joined the intoPIX R&D team in 2008 where he actively participated in the creation of the first compression IPs. After six years, he joined the production team to support our growth. He bring his in-depth video compression and hardware expertise to help the team and all our customers and partners to create successful products with fast-time to market. Renaud is actively connected to our R&D to continue to develop solutions that our customers love!
