Jordan oversees the finances and acquisitions at JREA. Since his arrival in 2014, the assets under management have grown tremendously. In addition, Jordan was instrumental in starting HKJ Real Estate Fund, LP and works hand in hand with the CEO sourcing and managing the assets in the fund. Prior to JREA, Jordan was a manager at RSM, one of the leading accounting firms in the US.
Lawrence grew up in Babylon, New York and received his Bachelor's in finance from Pace University in 1980 and his Master's in International Business & Foreign Trade Policy from SUNY Empire State College in 1994. He began his career at the American Stock Exchange and then continued onward working as a Branch & Regional Manager. Thereafter, he co-founded his own Multi Billion Dollar asset management company which he merged into Horizon Kinetics Asset Management and where he remains as director today. Doyle has been involved with Jacobs Real Estate Advisors,LLC for over 15 years and has been active in real estate in Bermuda for the last decade.
Sholom has over 19 years of expertise in all facets of real estate financing, investments and management. He currently holds a comprehensive real estate portfolio of over one million square feet of office, retail, residential and hotel properties. In 2015 Sholom, along with Horizon Kinetics, formed HKJ Real Estate Fund, LP, a real estate fund which originates short-term mortgage loans and other commercial financing activities, as well as direct investments in real estate assets, including equity and debt securities of publicly traded companies. Sholom is involved with many philanthropic causes and is currently the President of the NCFJE, a multifaceted charity that protects, feeds and educates thousands through the NY metro area.
