J. Hoy, Inc. was founded in February of 1992 in Norfolk, Virginia. It's founder John Jennings Hoy started the company after working with other reputable commercial contractors. The Hoy family has been in commercial contracting for three generations. J. Hoy, Inc. is a privately owned commercial contracting company that focuses on the needs and wants of the customer to achieve a quality building within the customers budget and still maintaining the architectural integrity of the design.
