One feature that I have always valued about Accenture is that our culture allows us to see how supporting our client's long-term interests is the best way to support our own interests, even when that may involve some loss of near-term work for Accenture. While that may seem altruistic or short-sighted to some of our competitors, I have always seen it as enlightened self-interest. Our clients can see when we act with their interests in mind. This is critical to building the trust that creates and sustains long-term relationships; and long-term relationships are the foundation of our business. Doing right by our clients is the right thing to do but its also how Accenture thrives. Its one way we "do good and do well."
