JULIA KNEARL

Julia graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in 1995 and became licensed in Colorado that same year. Prior to attending law school, Julia worked in marketing, which peaked her interest in small business, brand protection, contracting and business operations. After law school, Julia began her practice as an associate at Lamm, Freeman & Butler ("L,F&B"), with a Boulder law firm that provided both civil litigation and commercial transactional advising and services to its clients. Through that experience, Julia learned about what creates a solid business transaction and why certain deals fall apart. That knowledge informs her ongoing practice every day...
