Christina Alletto, CPM® is the President of JM Real Estate, Inc. a commercial management, leasing and sales company based in Brevard County, Florida. Christina is also the Chief Revenue Officer of Tzadik Management, an industry leading Multi-Family Property management company based in Miami, Florida. JM Real Estate and Tzadik Management formed a partnership in 2020.
For most of Christina's career, she worked with an owner and developer who operated in both the Northeast and Southeast regions, helping transform a small company from 300 units to over 20,000 apartments and condominiums. It was during this endeavor that she played her hand at every level from property management to ultimately becoming the President of Signature Housing Solutions, Inc., the Property Management arm of the parent company, The Finch Group, Inc. There she gained immense experience in evaluating market trends and has implemented these skills across many different regions. In addition to facilitating the execution of deals upwards of $120M, Christina has overseen a multitude of varied projects including Lease Ups, New Construction, Historical Preservation and much more.
Christina joined Tzadik Management in 2016 as Chief Revenue Officer. She works closely with Tzadik's Regional Teams to improve efficiency and productivity while strategically placing talent where necessary to maximize potential. Her vision and execution of streamlined processes supported the company's reduction of total expenses by over 20%. Christina helped establish an example for routinely meeting budget goals while setting the standard for quality customer service and productivity. The implementation of precise KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) serve as the biggest impact Christina has had on Tzadik's management operations, with annual performance up 23% since their inception.
Christina's eye for talent and opportunity facilitated Tzadik's segue into a new management structure, establishing the new Regional Vice President position within the company. This change allowed Christina to take on a much larger role in the company's client development efforts. This propelled Tzadik's expansion into Texas, South Dakota, Nebraska and Missouri all within 6 months. She was also involved in the development and coordination of more than $500,000,000 in capital improvements and new construction in efforts to help reposition the acquired assets, routinely meeting budget goals.
In addition to her critical role in new business acquisition, Christina expanded her role within the Human Resources Department as well as leading the company's Marketing efforts. Under Christina's guidance, Tzadik has seen vast improvements to the company's internal and external communication efforts, helping establish new platforms for training and transparent flow of information as well as maximizing the company's external output to investors and prospective buyers/sellers. After recently merging Tzadik's Marketing and Customer Service Department, the company has seen customer satisfaction improve by over 65%.
The 2020 partnership with JM Real Estate Principles officially branched Tzadik Management into the Commercial Real Estate Market. Christina has headlined the integration process, working to effectively assimilate Tzadik's technology focused approach into JM's day to day business diligence. The implementation of the latest management database combined with Christina's hands on approach has already supported the team maximize output and future forecasting.
Overall, Christina has facilitated Tzadik Management's growth from just over 1,000 units throughout Florida to over 10,000 units throughout the country. The processes and performance metrics she brought to Tzadik have allowed the company to be scalable, helping the company grow by over 100% in the last year alone.

Jewel McDonald, CCIM, is a Senior Broker Associate for JM Real Estate, Inc., a commercial property management, leasing, and sales company in Brevard with a current portfolio of approx. 2.5 million square feet and an estimated value of over $300 million. Jewel, a Rollins College graduate, has been in the commercial real estate business for 33 years.
Jewel McDonald began her career in Orlando, Florida, in 1987 working for Equitable Life Insurance Company on a 535,000 sq.ft. industrial project, West Park/ McLeod West. She gained invaluable experience during her four years working for this institutional investor owner. Then, under Metropolitan Life Insurance Company's ownership, she went on to become the property manager and leasing agent for Melbourne's largest class "A" high rise office tower, totaling 160,000 sq.ft., Rialto Place Office Tower for over 7 years. During her time there she brought the property up to 100% occupancy, increased the net operating income by over 30% and prepared the property for disposition. During her years at Rialto, she was responsible for noteworthy leases with tenants such as Grumman Melbourne Systems, Merrill Lynch, SunTrust Bank, Dean Mead, The Goldfield Corporation, and State Farm to name a few. She also managed a 61 office executive suite and oversaw its operation, the largest in Brevard County.
Ms. McDonald then went into business for herself forming JM Real Estate, Inc., in 1997 along with her husband of 33 years, Mike McDonald. Jewel's primary responsibilities were commercial leasing and sales and overseeing the property management operation of the business. Since JM's inception, they have been involved in millions of square feet of acquisition and disposition of commercial investment properties primarily multi-tenant office and retail type. In addition, the office has been a primary leader in office, retail, medical office, and industrial leasing in the Brevard County area. JM has also been involved in development projects working with developers from the ground up in site selection, design, pre-leasing, construction, to completion, full lease-up, and ultimately disposition spanning the full spectrum of commercial investment real estate.
In 2020, JM's principles formed a partnership with Tzadik Properties, a much larger company headquartered out of Miami, Florida, in an effort to grow the company, become more streamlined, and stay competitive with today's technological advancements in commercial property management and brokerage activities. Tzadik's professionals bring a new level of automation and customer service to the JM team utilizing state of the art IT systems and integrations. Ms. McDonald is now focusing her attention on the leasing and sales side of the business.

Joel Espino is the Director of Operations for JM Real Estate. Prior to transitioning to JM, he was the Revenue Analyst for Tzadik Management, an industry leading Multi-Family Property management company based in Miami, Florida. JM Real Estate and Tzadik Management formed a partnership in 2020.
Joel, although being born in Miami, FL, had the privilege of living outside of the United States by spending his early years in his parent's native country, the Dominican Republic. Joel attended elementary school in the Dominican Republic allowing him to become fluent in Spanish and adopting the Caribbean country's unique culture that is centered around camaraderie and the pleasure of serving and pleasing others. This has translated vastly into his professional career as Joel's strongest attribute as a professional is the ability to work effectively with his peers and customers, always approaching each interaction with the same level of compassion and care.
Joel began his career in real estate in 2008 and has gained experience in property management and real estate investing by working for some of the largest management companies and REITs in the industry including First Service Residential and Invitations Homes. Along with his extensive experience in residential management, Joel also managed and leased more than 125,000 square feet of warehouse and office flex space in the South Florida market.
Joel joined Tzadik Management in 2018 as a Business/Revenue Analyst bringing his knowledge of real estate investment and property management to provide and implement new approaches to data and how to best use the several data points to help the management team make sound business decisions. During his stay, Joel assisted and oversaw the acquisition of more than 5,000 residential units and was pivotal in the on-boarding process of these units and was recognized as avid team player.

Terry is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and an Associates of Science Degree in Computer Science. He took a position in 1996 with Acorn Group, Inc., a real estate firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana and continued the position until his retirement in 2017. While in Indiana, he was involved in numerous community groups including Kiwanis International, Rotary Club, and Buffet Charity Organization. He also served as Vice President and President of the Indiana Real Estate Exchangers and was awarded the Indiana Realtor Exchanger of the year.
