Alison (Ali) L. Peterson joined JUPITER LAW CENTER in June 2022 after many years of fast-paced work as an Executive Assistant in various industries and then as a Legal Assistant, working in Probate. Ali brings experience in the full arc of Probate, from execution of Estate Planning documents to working with clients to bringing the matters to a close as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Amy L. Cook

Amy L. Cook joined the JUPITER LAW CENTER team in January 2022. Convinced to come out of retirement, Amy acts as the firm's Client Liaison while supporting the Estate Planning and Probate and Trust Administration attorneys as part of the administrative team. She helps to keep operations running smoothly by working in the firm's practice management software and assisting clients with document signings. Prior to moving to Florida in 2019, Amy lived in Texas and was instrumental in implementing organizational improvements in several local businesses. Amy was excited to join the team at JUPITER LAW CENTER to bring her organizational skills out of retirement and to be able to engage with the local community in a helpful and meaningful way, offering a client-centric approach and infusing positive energy into her role. Originally from Troy, Ohio, Amy moved to West Texas where she raised two sons, Hayden and Trevor. Moving to Hobe Sound in 2019 and then Jupiter in 2022 fulfilled a dream of being close to her sister and living in Florida - a state whose beauty she continues to enjoy immensely. She welcomes family visits, and relishes taking care of her fur babies and spending time with her sister, just as she hoped to do when she made the move.

Carol A. Hall

Carol A. Hall has over 20 years of experience in law as a Legal Assistant in Civil Matters, Probate and Guardianship Administration, including 8 years as a Judicial Assistant in the Civil, Family and Criminal Divisions. Joining JUPITER LAW CENTER in 2022 as part of the team coming from The Law Offices of Warren B. Brams, P.A., she brings depth of experience, expertise and a warm spirit to the firm. Carol's focus remains in Probate Administration and Guardianship on behalf of the Personal Injury firms pursuing Wrongful Death actions/settlement on behalf of their clients. Carol resides in Palm Beach Gardens and enjoys riding bikes with her husband, watching SEC college football and spending time with family and friends.

Carrie L. Green

Carrie L. Green has over 10 years of experience in law as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal in Family Law matters working directly alongside her husband, Attorney James L. Green, Esq. at THE LAW OFFICE OF JAMES L. GREEN, P.A. Carrie is dedicated to giving each client personal attention and providing quality paralegal services. She too recognized the benefit of Jay's and Adam's offices under one roof. Carrie has been married to Jay since 1994 and they have two children. When Carrie is not working, she loves to explore new cities, cultures and cuisines.

Ethel H. Robinson

Ethel H. Robinson is the Financial Administrator at JUPITER LAW CENTER. In her role, she is responsible for general Bookkeeping, Equipment Manager, Purchasing Agent and a myriad of other functions, including her "MacGyver-like" ability to fix computer glitches and other things around the office. Prior to joining JUPITER LAW CENTER in 2014, Ethel handled bookkeeping and accounting in varied business sectors. From finding solutions to issues relating to all of the firm's technology tools to assisting with all of the firm's internal training seminars to client-related events, Ethel is always willing to help out where needed. Born and raised in South Jersey, she has lived in South Florida for over 40 years. Ethel takes joy in beach visits, gatherings with her 4 adult children and extended family and successfully keeping her orchids and other flowering plants alive.

HOWARD BERNSTEIN

Howard Bernstein has practiced law in New York since 1973 and in Florida since 1990, having always maintained a General Practice with an emphasis on Real Estate, including the drafting, negotiation and review of residential and commercial Contracts of Sale, Land Acquisition Agreements, Residential and Commercial Lease Agreements, License Agreements, representation of clients and private lenders at Closings and Condominium Boards and Homeowner's Associations with respect to enforcement of covenants, restrictions, easements, liens, By-Laws, House Rules and regulations. Since the early 1990s, Howard's New York firm and JUPITER LAW CENTER have worked together on matters involving New York and New Jersey clients. He continues to bridge the New York/New Jersey to Florida connection now that he calls Florida home. He is proud of his longstanding affiliation with JUPITER LAW CENTER, which mirrors his own approach in the practice of law. Howard graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and from Brooklyn Law School where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Administrative Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar and the Florida Bar. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States District Court in both the Eastern District of New York and Southern District of New York, United States Tax Court, United States Court of International Trade and the New York State Court of Appeals. Howard has been appointed by the Financial Industries Regulatory Agency (FINRA) to serve as Arbitrator and Chairperson and participates in the determination of cases involving securities disputes. For many years, Howard served as an Instructor with the New York City Board of Education and taught courses in Law Related Education. Although Howard spends most of his time in Florida, he continues to maintain his involvement with his New York/New Jersey clients who seek to relocate to Florida or have matters in Florida. Having practiced Real Estate and Homeowners' Association Law for more than thirty years, his practice has included transactional matters while concentrating on representing condominium and homeowners' association boards helping to resolve community issues and concerns. He resides in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife Debbie. His son, Alec, lives in Massachusetts and his daughter, Marin, lives in New Jersey. During his free time, Howard enjoys jogging and bicycling. Notwithstanding his connection to Florida, Howard remains a loyal New York Yankees fan.

James L. Green

JAMES L. GREEN is the principal attorney for THE LAW OFFICE OF JAMES L. GREEN, P.A. "Jay" Green has 30+ years of legal experience in Illinois and Florida and provides experienced, compassionate and aggressive representation in Marital and Family Law in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties. In 2021, Jay moved into JUPITER LAW CENTER and handles the firm's Family Law litigation. Working with long-time friend and colleague Adam Gumson and his team represents a combining of forces, experience and cultures benefiting both firms and their clients. Jay came to Florida via the Midwest. A graduate of Indiana University (1987) and Indiana University School of Law (1990), he practiced law in Chicago from 1990 through 1996 in the areas of Personal Injury and Civil Litigation. From there, he moved south in 1996 and has practiced law in Florida for the past 25 years. The evolution that led to Jay's current firm included starting a Family Law Practice for Berrocal & Wilkins, P.A. in Jupiter Florida, then opening the doors of his own firm, focusing solely on Family Law in 2001. THE LAW OFFICE OF JAMES L. GREEN, P.A. focuses on all issues concerning Family Law, including Divorce and related Custody proceedings. Jo Ann Frueh has been a Legal Assistant at JUPITER LAW CENTER since 2013. She initially joined in a part-time role after retirement from 30+ years in the profession, but quickly moved to full-time because of the spirit, positive energy and ease of accessibility of the office to her home around the corner. Jo Ann has enjoyed seeing JUPITER LAW CENTER expand and grow over the years. Well versed in Marital and Family Law matters from prior positions, she expanded her areas of knowledge during her tenure to include Estate Planning and Probate and Trust Administration. She now acts as the firm's troubleshooter in Probate matters. Enjoying the comradery and professionalism of the attorneys and her other co-workers, Jo Ann re-evaluated her "retirement" plans shortly after joining the team and still shows no signs of slowing down.

Katie B. Babka

Katie B. Babka is one of the talented Legal Assistants at JUPITER LAW CENTER. Working in the fast-paced, deadline driven Probate Personal Injury department, Katie's previous marketing experience allows her to bring an eye for detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately to bear in the legal realm. After receiving her degree in Editing, Writing and Media from Florida State University, Katie spent five years working in various marketing roles on the West Coast of Florida. During the pandemic she had the opportunity to reflect on where she was headed and decided to switch gears and search for a new challenge. Inspired by her mother's 30-plus year legal career, Katie made the decision to join JUPITER LAW CENTER after hearing of its reputation as a warm and welcoming atmosphere and team. Born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens, Katie enjoys spending time with family and childhood friends. She has a deep love for travel, delicious food and is an avid bibliophile/antiquarian book collector.

Laura K. Schneider

Laura K. Schneider is the Office Administrator for JUPITER LAW CENTER where she manages day-to-day operations and implements new technology, policies and business development strategies. As an experienced manager and business development professional, Laura has overseen the firm's administrative needs, growth and marketing initiatives since 2017. Originally from the Chicago area, Laura's resume includes both Fortune 500 companies and start-up environments. JUPITER LAW CENTER is her first law firm and she loves the fast-paced and varied nature of the firm's practice and the personal commitment of the attorneys. Laura looks forward to JUPITER LAW CENTER's continued growth and success, driven as it is by a warm, responsive ambiance coupled with top notch legal advice. LINDSEY A. DANIELS

Lindsey A. Daniels is no stranger to hard work and focused goals. At age 13, Lindsey was a national level figure skater, competing in the Junior Olympics. With that dedication as her background, the time and effort it has taken to become an attorney represents just another goal set and accomplished. From Dallas, Lindsey first came to Florida in 2011 to live near the beach. Employed while in school, she graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, making the Dean's List every semester as well as the Psi Chi International Honor Society and the Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society. Working as a Legal Assistant after graduating from college, Lindsey liked the challenge and detail-oriented focus of law. That combined with a desire to make a difference in the lives of others - especially children - led her to attend Law School. Lindsey graduated (Cum Laude, 2021) from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law again making the Dean's List every semester, and also earning membership in the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. While in Law School, Lindsey mentored students as a Teaching Fellow, worked as a research assistant, was a staff member on UNT's Law Review Publication On The Cusp, competed in Moot Court, received three CALI Awards (an award bestowed upon the highest scoring students), interned at two Domestic Violence agencies and volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children. She passed the Texas Bar Exam in 2021 and the Florida Bar in 2022. Lindsey manages the firm's Guardianship department and handles Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Family Law and Real Estate matters. Introduced to JUPITER LAW CENTER through another local attorney who suggested that she might be "a great fit" with the firm, Lindsey sees a strong alignment between her and JUPITER LAW CENTER's culture of compassion, hard-driving work ethic and client focus. Residing in Palm Beach Gardens, she enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, cooking and skiing. She is also a diehard animal lover.

Lori M. Walsh is a Legal Assistant/Paralegal who assists with clients in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration and Guardianship and various other practice areas. New clients will probably meet or speak to Lori upon their initial contact with JUPITER LAW CENTER and she will likely be their guide all the way through the legal process to completion. Lori has a passion for helping others, which fits her role in assisting clients in navigating the often-overwhelming venture of tackling and bringing/keeping their legal affairs current. Lori joined the firm in 2022 with lifelong experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant and Paralegal in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Civil Litigation and Insurance Defense with prominent local law firms. Lori's years in the legal community afford her a diverse background and the ability to assist in many areas of Jupiter Law Center's practice. Her experience is a compliment to the firm in both skill and philosophy, and she enjoys being a part of the firm's continued growth and success. Born in New Jersey, Lori has been a Jupiter semi-native since early childhood. Living on Singer Island before there were any condominiums, gravitating north to Juno Beach, then west to Jupiter Farms, she knows the local area quite well. Lori currently resides in Hobe Sound, with her husband of 33 years and two adult children who live nearby. Lori has dedicated much time to supporting local church and community school and sports events such as Jupiter Horsemen's Association, Twin River's Saddle Club, Girl Scouts of America, Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association (JTAA), the Dwyer High School Finance & International Baccalaureate Programs and was a Dwyer High School Football Booster Board Member. An old soul, Lori enjoys quilting & sewing as well as all water related outdoor activities involving our beautiful ocean and waterways.

Martha E. Varela joined JUPITER LAW CENTER in 2012, and is the longest tenured non-family staff member, proudly serving as Legal Administrator. Martha has 20+ years of Marital and Family Law and acts as one of the team of Legal Assistants who support clients in Marital and Family Law as well as Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration and Guardianship. Martha also acts as mentor to new team members and works on other law-related protocols for the firm. Her personal and professional compassion and commitment to helping others, spirited personality and dedication are attributes which have assisted many of the firm's clients navigate through difficult circumstances and life changes. The ultimate "Mother-Hen", Martha is hard-working and excels at hand-holding and providing peace of mind. Born in Yonkers, New York, Martha has been a "Florida native" since she was 3 months old. She moved to Palm Beach Gardens 20 years ago, where she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Warren B. Brams joined forces with JUPITER LAW CENTER in January 2022 after successfully starting, growing, and managing his own firm (Law Office of Warren B. Brams, P.A.) from 1992 to 2022 when he retired from the active practice of law. He was aligned with and shared the ethos and vision of JUPITER LAW CENTER, making the merger of his practice with JUPITER LAW CENTER a natural fit. Although no longer practicing law, Warren is still an active member of the Florida Bar and continues to work in an advisory capacity for the firm while he enjoys some well-deserved R&R and work/life balance. Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Warren began practicing law in 1987 after graduating from the University of Florida College of Law. Warren has always been an active member of the community. He was a Board Member of a local major provider of social services, including geriatric and family services, and he has been honored on three separate occasions by the Center for Missing and Exploited Children, twice by the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County and once by the Jewish Family and Children's Service of Palm Beach County for his work in Elder Law and Child Advocacy. He has also served on numerous committees of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar as well as on the Education Subcommittee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Guardianship Committee and taught the Guardianship Education class for new Guardians in Palm Beach County. Warren is also certified in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution by the Supreme Court of Florida. His multidisciplinary experience, compassion and patience has helped his clients to see "the big picture" and accomplish both their long-term and short-term goals.
