Kathleen Sexton has over 20 years of experience in team effectiveness, leadership development, change management, and organizational development. Having worked with leaders and learners at all levels and in business, non-profit, health care, higher education, and government environments, she has the versatility and experience to meet a broad range of client needs.
Kathleen also teaches a variety of live online and asynchronous courses for Stanford University Continuing Studies where she has been an instructor since 2006. Her topics include What Makes Us Tick: Understanding Our Personal and Professional Relationships Through Myers-Briggs; Compass Journey: A Personal Career and Life-Strategizing Course; Mapping Your Path to Career Satisfaction; and Mindfulness for Life and Leadership.
