Michael Harris graduated from Deakin University in 2001 and was admitted to legal practice in 2002. Prior to entering private practice as a lawyer, Michael was a senior manager with Consumer Affairs Victoria.
Michael commenced his legal career in the commercial litigation department of Kenyons Lawyers. In 2009, Michael commenced with Slater + Gordon, acting in a range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including director/shareholder disagreements, contractual disputes, construction matters, insurance disputes and misleading and deceptive conduct claims. Michael also developed a strong administrative law practice, acting for clients subject to various State and Federal regulatory regimes.
More recently, Michal has broadened his practice to incorporate family law litigation and wills and estate litigation matters. Michael is also an accredited mediator.
Misko Vujnovic obtained his law degree in 1982 and worked as a lawyer in former Yugoslavia until the war broke out in 1992. Misko came to Australia in 1994 as a war refugee. He was then asked to finish an Australian law degree in order to practice law here. In 1998 he obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
He was admitted to practise as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria on 7 August 2000. Misko was initially employed by Harwood Andrews lawyers working in the areas of trusts, tax law and superannuation before joining Kelly & Chapman in Bentleigh in 2003 as a solicitor. In 2006 he became the sole principal of the firm. He practices mainly in the areas of Wills, Deceased Estates, Business Law, Franchises and Commercial Leases.
Misko has recently satisfied all necessary requirements for the office of a Notary Public and the Supreme Court of Victoria has accordingly appointed him as such since 25 November 2021.

Penelope has practised almost exclusively in Family Law for the past 24 years and became an Accredited Specialist in 2005. At the conclusion of her two-year contract as Registrar of the Family Court (Brisbane) in 2009, she resumed practice, including locum assignments, and later commenced her own business. Astute and realistic family law specialist with over 30 years of experience in handling litigation, including complex family law matters. She has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution and a proven history of resolving matters without judicial decisions.
Vicki is an approachable and empathetic lawyer with a broad range of litigation experience specialising in Wills and Estates, Civil disputes and Alternative dispute resolution. Vicki is passionate about advocacy and providing support during challenging legal processes and important decision making applying critical thinking (including outside of the box), to achieve the best result in all the circumstances. Vicki is fluent in the Greek language.
