Alyce has worked at Kemp Real Estate for over 9 years and brought with her a wealth of knowledge gained during her previous 12 years experience within business management. Alyce is an enthusiastic and vibrant property manager who always strives to deliver exemplary customer service to all her landlords and tenants. Alyce ensures our company values of prompt and professional service are maintained to a high standard. Alyce has a passion for Real Estate and is an expert on the rental market in Port Lincoln and Coffin Bay.
Coming from a background of retail, Bronte joined the real estate industry fully qualified in 2004. Thriving on the challenges that real estate provides, Bronte is respected for his no-nonsense, honest and personal approach to satisfy his clients requirements.
Bronte's experience in the Port Lincoln real estate market is evident through his negotiating expertise to achieve premium results for his clients.
He has firsthand knowledge of navigating changing market conditions and delivering excellent outcomes, having lived in Port Lincoln for many years Bronte knows the local market and the Eyre Peninsula like the back of his hand!
Carl is very friendly and enthusiastic. With over 10 years' experience within the Real Estate Industry, clients are drawn to his positive nature and willingness to help them through the sale process.

With wide spanning industry experience, Carl is known as the ‘go to' agent when it comes to Residential homes, Commercial properties and developments in Port Lincoln and surrounds. His extensive knowledge of the development process has seen him being employed as the primary agent for Endeavour Heights Stage 4, Lincoln Cove East, Parkview Estate, The Oaks and North Shore Estate (to name a few).
During his free time Carl enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and is an active leader through his involvement in the local football league.

Charmaine commenced employment with Kemp Real Estate in September 2003 and is committed to consistently exceeding expectations and providing clients with outstanding levels of service.
With her background of 20 years in the financial industry, Charmaine is very familiar with assisting people from all walks of life and strives to maintain professional relationships and open lines of communication with all those that she works with.
Charmaine has been in the position of Sales Administration for many years, supporting the ever-growing sales team as well as assisting at the front of office.
Her weekends are filled with grandchildren, attending to various animals and gardening on a small rural property she shares with her husband on the outskirts of Port Lincoln, overlooking the beautiful Boston Bay. Needless to say, she loves Port Lincoln, the people and everything this beautiful part of the world has to offer.
Chloe has recently joined our Administration Team with seven years' experience in customer service.
Her kind nature enables her to engage and build relationships with clients.
In her free time Chloe enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
Georgie is dedicated to providing a professional approach and delivering exceptional service and results to her clients, every time. She prides herself on nurturing client relationships through open communication and a genuine understanding of the needs of both seller and buyer.
In 2013 Georgie graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Property) and began her career working as a Residential Property Valuer in Canberra and Adelaide. Growing up surrounded by selling real estate, Georgie realised this was her passion. Wanting a career based around her love of property, she needed a more personal interaction and made the easy decision to relocate back to her hometown of Port Lincoln to focus on rediscovering Port Lincoln and Coffin Bay as her chosen sales areas.
Georgie offers a fresh approach to the industry and from the moment you meet her you will feel completely at ease with her friendly, considerate, and enthusiastic approach to the sales process.

Jade is motivated to see you achieve an excellent sales result. Being a local Port Lincoln girl, Jade was raised on the Eyre Peninsula, she is a familiar face to many. Warm natured, approachable, organised and hard working are all attributes that Jade brings to the table when working at Kemps.
Real Estate has always been a passion of Jades from a young age, her family got her involved in renovation projects, seeing vision brought to life (with plenty of hard work) and ultimately resulting in successful sales.
Together with her husband and children, Jade has been involved in several of her own renovator delights, bought property and built a new home. She understands the importance of selecting the perfect property for you.

Joining Kemp Real Estate in 2010, Lacey is an important member of Steve's team working alongside as his Personal Assistant. Lacey's calm nature, efficiency, attention to detail and enthusiasm in all she does, succeeds in her fast paced and varied role.
Having lived and worked in various locations within regional South Australia and interstate, Lacey's love for real estate and knowledge of what makes a ‘home' exactly that, is one of Lacey's passions. Outside of work, Lacey is kept busy as a mother and likes to enjoy everything that the beautiful Eyre Peninsula has to offer.

Sally has a background of 13 years in the administrative industry including dental & medical. She is familiar with dealing with a diverse range of people and looks forward to creating and maintaining professional relationships with our valued clients here at Kemps. Sally has recently located to Port Lincoln, she has been enjoying exploring our beautiful coastline with her Husband and two dogs.
Shelby started her career in Real Estate as Property Manager Assistant to Alyce Caston in 2019. Since then, Shelby has completed her study and is now a full time Property Manager managing a portfolio. Shelby has been an integral part of the property management team over the past 2 years. Shelby's positive nature, eagerness to learn and her drive to provide the best possible service to our customers have proven to be invaluable. Shelby looks forward to her future working with the team at Kemp Real Estate.
Steph is a fully licensed Property Manager who joined the team after having worked in the Real Estate industry for the past 12 months and brings with her a highly valued set of skills and experience. Coming from a background of healthcare, Steph is an empathetic person who is very customer focused.
When Steph is not working you will find her at the beach, travelling to Adelaide to see her family or planning her next road trip.
Steve was born and bred in Port Lincoln and raised in a real estate family. He has worked in the Port Lincoln real estate industry since 1987 and has been Principal of the company since 2000 after taking over from his father and founder of the business, Reg Kemp.
Steve has an exceptional knowledge of the industry and specialises in all aspects of real estate sales and developments in Port Lincoln and surrounding areas of the Lower Eyre Peninsula. Steve has always taken great satisfaction and personal pride in achieving the high goals he sets for himself. He believes that success in sales depends on one's ability to listen to the needs of both sellers and buyers.
Having a wealth of knowledge to pass on to both buyers and sellers, Steve is recognised as an industry leader and successful auctioneer. Never one for complacency, Steve is continually improving and evolving to suit business and market needs and recognises the value in self development and training for himself and his team.

Currently Steve gives his time as Chairman of the Board for Matthew Flinders Home, which is Port Lincoln's local high care residential aged care facility. Steve regularly donates to Royal Flying Doctor Service and community groups by donating his time through auctions or speaking events.
In his spare time, he enjoys his other passion of sailing professionally, fishing and being with his grandchildren.
Tash has a background in finance and administration including retail, fishing & farming. She obtained a diploma in Office Management in 1997 and has continued working in this field in between having her children. With over 20 years of experience, Tash is looking forward to working with the Kemp team.
In her spare time, Tash is kept busy with her three girls and husband, she enjoys camping, hiking, exploring the local beaches and National Parks and spending time with family and friends.
