We have a 30 unit Complex which consists of ten 1 bedroom 1 bath apartments that are approximately 750 sq ft, ten 2 bedroom 1 bath apartments that are approximately 1000 sq ft, and ten 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments that are approximately 1000 sq ft. Each apartment comes furnished with a stove, refrigerator, and dish washer. There is washer/dryer hook up in each apartment. We rent out washer and dryers that can come furnished in your apartment. Each apartment has central air and heat. All the windows in each apartment are insulated. We do allow pets up to 40lbs... We have a Storage Unit facility that has sizes of 5X10, 10X10, 10X15, 10X20, and 10X30. Also we have a covered storage that is 12ft wide x 40ft deep x 14ft tall for boats, RV's, cars, etc�The Storage Facility is gated all around and has a key pad code required entry. We have the whole facility lit up. By doing these things we are making sure all our tenants belongings are safe and secure... kates place apartments and secure..
