The current Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Smith, has worked alongside K Corporation Board members since its founding. Dr. Smith was instrumental in directing the tenuous legal process of promoting K Corporation for public investment at its IPO in 2010. He was firstly a legal and financial directorate, in attribution to his prior expertise at an agricultural chemicals company board of directors. After directing a overseeing a successful merge of K and S Corporation, he was brought onboard to the Leadership board where he currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Dr. Smith is based at the K Corporation headquarters and holds degrees in executive business administration and law. Kevin Johnson has been with K Corporation for more than four years. In his tenure so far, he has demonstrated outstanding employee performance especially with his contributions to devise the ATX engines aboard the Ecological-Jet and the working of a prototype magnetometer. He has also performed and conducted numerous academic studies and projections in relation to the development of technology and continues to do so. He led the pioneering project of the first release of the E|-Chip and was responsible for the E|-Chip development team. In previous positions, he has held the title of Chief Technology Officer and earlier on, a prominent member of the Board, being the Director of Engineering and Design. Prior to joining K Corporation, Mr. Johnson was an adjunct Professor of Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Johnson holds degrees in the pure and applied sciences from various institutions worldwide. Mr. Johnson's term will conclude at the end of 2019.

Robert Manning also serves as the Vice Chair of the K Foundation, founded in 2012. The recent cooperation with S Corporation was initiated by the former CEO, and ended successfully with the Ecological Jet Project. This was the first time that a Director-in-Chief had become the Chief Executive Officer, due to the immediate success on the direction in the previous position of Senior Director of Aerospace Division. With an extensive knowledge area surrounding aerospace, the CFO was quick to take action of this department as the one in charge. A department that was to be shut down gained confidence, and became what it is now today, one of the most advanced divisions in this organization and the world.

Sy Rizvi has been with K Corporation for over seven years and has contributed enormously to the expansion of K Corporation Global and its worldwide outreach to nearly all continents on Earth. He is a seasoned executive member at K Corporation and also holds several management positions at other multinational corporations in assisting global expansion. S.F.R. believes that with the advent of globalization, in order to maintain a company's presence in a region while continuing to provide customers with industry-leading products and serving the surrounding community, K Corporation must continue its legacy of superior social and environmental responsibility in the areas in which we work. S.F.R. is based at the K Corporation headquarters in New York City and holds degrees in business administration and engineering. He was the CEO until September 2015 when he assumed the responsibilities of our President. As a result of his remarkable accomplishments, he became a tenured executive and upon the conclusion of his term as President and Chairman of the Board in 2018, will assume advisory roles as an Emeritus member.

Our current Chief Executive Officer is Dr. Theodore Remington, who joined K Corporation company headquarters in 2015 from K Ventures, a subsidiary of K Corporation. Dr. Remington was appointed by the Board of Directors as the CEO based on strong leadership of the K Ventures subsidiary. He led significant growth in the emerging technologies sector and forged partnerships with academic institutions and peer companies in conducting research in cutting-edge fields from biophysics to nano-lithography and energy harvesting. Dr. Remington is also a seasoned executive with decades of experience in both non-profit and for-profit organizations and has served as the Director of Security Division before his tenure as the leader of K Ventures. He is a leading icon in his field where he held academic positions at research institutions before joining the industry. Dr. Remington holds degrees in engineering, mathematics, and management. His term as CEO will conclude the end of 2017.

Dr. Lee is based at the K Corporation headquarters in Toronto and holds degrees in design and engineering. Dr. Lee joined K Corporation from a prominent engineering firm as a leader in pioneering next generation technologies following the Ecological Jet era for our company. In his four years at K Corporation, Dr. Lee has accomplished a remarkable amount of technological leadership in progress and has led the NextGen space transport technologies project. When Dr. Lee's term concludes in 2020, he will lead a branch of the Ecological Jet spinoff from K Corporation.
