Andrew is a Partner at the Firm and works with the Firm's litigation department. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University Uganda, Post Graduate Diploma Legal practice(Uganda),Diploma Business Administration and Management, Makerere-CEEMS Department.
Andrew is one of the Founding and currently co-Managing Partner of the Firm. He graduated from Law School in 2006 and went on to practice with Verma Jivram and Associates, later in 2008 with BSG Advocates. In 2009 constantly seeking to find a platform where he could provide top tier legal services, Andrew together with Jeremy left BSG to form Kibukamusoke & Tendo Advocates and Legal consultants.
Andrew brings fresh versatility to the firm. With diligence and resourcefulness, Andrew practices in the areas of Commercial Mediation and Arbitration, Commercial & Contracts Law, Debtor and Creditor (debt collection), Employment Law, Immigration, Intellectual Property, civil/land/criminal Litigation and Practice Management, Property and Real Estate management. He also has specific interest in family & children's law, wills and trusts, succession, adoption and divorce matters.
Andrew is a member of East African Law Society and Uganda Law Society.
Jeremy is the firm's head of litigation and his practice focus mainly on commercial litigation, immigration, arbitration as well as corporate commercial law and criminal law.
He has undertaken specialised litigation trainning from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) and he holds Bachelor of Laws degree from Pune India, MBA Pune India, Post Graduate Diploma Legal practice (Uganda) Diploma for a qualified affiliated rule of law trial advocacy program in the art of trial advocacy training an instructor at trial advocacy.
Jeremy is the typical new age Lawyer, with more than one skill. Educated in the quick paced economy of India, he studied Law in Pune University - India and has an MBA, in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the same University.

Today, he is the Co-Managing Partner of Kibukamusoke & Tendo Advocates and practices in company set-up and management, company & human resource structuring and training, franchising and venture business structuring, tax planning, contracting, multi-national leasing, immigration law, cross-border succession claims; wills and trusts; employment law, commercial mediation and arbitration, Banking; Finance; Aviation Law; International Trade Law; Secured Finance; Investment Law; Alternative Dispute Resolution, International Transactions, Land / Civil & Criminal Litigation.
He is a Member of East African Law Society, Uganda Law Society.
Karen is an associate that works in the Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation department.
Karen joined the firm in 2016 after graduating from Middlesex University attaining LL.B Hons.
She is currently pursuing a Diploma in legal practice at Law Development Centre.
Nicholas is a Co-Managing Partner at the Firm, his practice encompasses debt restructuring and rescheduling, investigation, asset tracing and recoveries and insovency litigation, and lands conveyance department. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University Uganda, Post Graduate Diploma Legal practice (Uganda).
He graduated from Law School in 2003 and went on to practice with Ngobi Ndiko and Company advocates until 2009. In 2010 constantly seeking to find a platform where he could provide top tier legal services, AIfred joined Kibukamusoke & Tendo Advocates and Legal consultants.
Alfred brings fresh versatility to the firm. With diligence and resourcefulness, he practices in the areas of Debtor and Creditor (debt collection), Employment Law, civil/land/criminal Litigation and Practice Management. He also has specific interest in family & children's law, wills and trusts, succession, adoption and divorce matters.
Alfred is a member of East African Law Society and Uganda Law Society.
