MEDIATION

Kate Cullen, MSW is a full time mediator who received her basic and divorce mediation training from the University of Maryland Graduate School of Social Work in 2000. She has been practicing for 22 years in Frederick, Anne Arundel, Talbot and Queen Anne's counties plus Baltimore City. Kate participated in the Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution's (MCDR) assessment and certification process and became a MCDR Certified Mediator in Maryland in 2014. She recently added Divorce Coaching to her practice, a process which helps individuals going through a divorce prepare for the court and mediation process and for sitting across from their former "loved" one. Kate has been facilitating for neighborhood groups, communties, and non-profits for over 30 plus years... Kate is, also, an associate professor at Mount Saint Mary's University.
