We strictly act as a 3rd party, non-bias, collection facility complying with the collection guidelines in 49 CFR Part 40 in accordance with the Department of Transportation and the Department of Human and Health Services. At no time are we providing policy management or substance advice... While we do not offer TPA (third-party administration) we work with several good companies who provide this service. We work in partnership to provide our clients with cohesive service. ​
