Dr. David Kisiolek

A native of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Dr. David Kisiolek received his bachelor's degree (Biology) from Lakeland College in 1976. He attended the Illinois College of Optometry receiving his doctorate in 1980. While at Illinois, Dr. Kisiolek was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Academic Honor Society. He served two years as a graduate assistant in the department of physiological optics. Dr. Kisiolek completed an externship rotation at West Side Veterans Administration Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Kisiolek is Board Certified in the treatment of eye diseases. In 2012, Dr. Kisiolek was one of the first Optometrists in Wisconsin to receive his "Diplomat" status from the American Board of Optometry. He is a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association as well as the American Optometric Association. Dr. Kisiolek is a board member of the Optometric Practice Association of Wisconsin, an organization providing emergency eye care. He enjoys being active in the Howards Grove community and is presently serving as president of the Howards Grove Advancement Association. David, and his wife Mary, reside in Howards Grove and enjoy spending time with their extended family.

Dr. Kristie Andrews

Dr. Kristie Andrews is a native of Green Bay, Wisconsin (and an avid Packer fan of course!) graduating from Bay Port High School before attending the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Dr. Andrews graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2011 receiving her Neurobiology degree with Honors. While at UW, Dr. Andrews co-authored a paper entitled "Core Structure of the U6 Small Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein" which was published in the prestigious scientific journal Nature Structural and Molecular Biology in 2014. Upon graduation from UW, Dr. Andrews continued her education after being accepted to the Illinois College of Optometry. While at Illinois, Dr. Andrews was selected by faculty to be a teaching assistant in the department of Ocular Anatomy and Vision Science. She was elected National Optometric Student Association Chairperson in 2013. She continues as a member of Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Academic Honor Society. Just prior to graduation, Dr. Andrews chose clinical rotations in pediatrics and ocular disease. She rotated through a pediatric optometry practice in Brookfield, Wisconsin before serving on the staff at Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center. Her final rotation was in Lexington, Kentucky at Commonwealth Eye Surgery, a cataract and refractive surgical outpatient center. As a member of the Wisconsin and American Optometric Associations, Dr. Andrews believes in providing compassionate and quality eye care to all patients. She strongly believes in forming a connection with all patients and taking the time to address all questions. Clinically she has a strong interest in both pediatric eye care as well as the treatment of eye disease and surgical co-management. Dr. Andrews resides in Sheboygan and enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, running and of course cheering for the Green Bay Packers!
