Bob specializes in commercial lines business insurance. He served in the US Air Force and is a Vietnam veteran. He graduated in 1977 from San Diego State University with a Bachelors degree in business management and minored in education, as well as receiving his teaching credential. While a product manager / contracts negotiator for NCR Corporation and National Semiconductor Corporation he also taught college. In 1987 he established Kipper Insurance Agency known today as KIAC Inc., dba: KIAC Insurance Agency. KIAC stands for Kipper Insurance Agency of California. KIAC Inc. is licensed in California and Nevada. Bob is President / CEO of the corporation. Bob is also vice president of the Honorary Deputy Sheriffs Association (HDSA) which helps support the San Diego County Sheriffs.
