Andrea is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management. Additionally, she earned a Master of Science in Health Care Policy and Administration from Mercer University and a Certificate of Training in Distance Education from the University of West Georgia.
Her various career opportunities in healthcare technology and education provide the basis for KnowledgeConnex.
Her leadership and vision have earned her the Medical College of Georgia's Distinguished Alumnus Award, American Health Information Management Association's Pioneer Award, Georgia Health Information Management's Distinguished Member and Professional Achievement Awards, Missouri Health Information Management's Champion Award, and the Greater Atlanta Health Information Management Outstanding Member as well as Distinguished Service Award.
Christy is originally from Houston, TX, where she began her career. As a part of the global trade department, she provided project management and development for a Fortune 500 company. Her work earned her the General Counsel Excellence Award in May 2002 and December 2003, the Outstanding Customer Service Award in May 2004, and the SAP GTS Project Implementation Award in January 2006.
Christy currently resides in Georgia and has been married for over 20 years. She has five children and five grandchildren.
Christy joined the KnowledgeConnex team in October 2014.

Emma was born in Finland and moved to the United States at the age of 12 due to her father's career. Despite the challenges that culture shock and language barriers presented, she went on to discover her love for marketing and pursued a degree at Augusta University to earn her Bachelor of Business Administration.
In her free time, she can be found staying active at the gym or surfing the internet for the latest fashion trends. She joined KnowledgeConnex as a Marketing Communications Coordinator in 2020.
Erin joined KnowledgeConnex as CEO in 2024 as an accomplished leader with over 15 years of executive experience. She has a passion for driving client and employee success and was awarded the 2021 Frost & Sullivan Customer Value Leadership Award. Before joining our team, Erin most recently led the Client Operations teams for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book (Cox Automotive). After spending most of her career as a proud college dropout, she completed her B.A. in Business Leadership in 2017. In 2023, she earned a Master's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). Whether it's through formal education, reading, webinars, or podcasts, Erin's thirst for learning drives her to find lessons in everything around her. She is committed to personal and professional growth to add value for every stakeholder.
Erin enjoys using her leadership skills within the non-profit world; she has served on the Board of Directors for Year Up Greater Atlanta and as Chair of PAWS Atlanta's Board of Directors. Erin and her husband Jason share their home with three awesome rescue dogs.
Kevin retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of service as an intelligence analyst, during which time he began to learn web development. After retiring, he decided to pursue web development as a career and went to college earning a degree with honors.
Kevin currently lives in his home state of Florida with his wife of 30+ years.
He joined the KnowledgeConnex team as the Lead Web Developer in July 2021.
Mark Koppelmann is a graduate of the University of Georgia where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He later earned a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and completed a course of study while pursuing certification as a professional financial planner.
Mark spent much of his career as a Financial Advisor for large financial institutions advising individuals and businesses in the areas of Investments and Risk Management.

Phyllis has over 10 years of experience as a marketing professional in both large corporate environments and small private business settings. She focused on digital campaigns, print layout, public relations, and event management.
Phyllis grew up in Greenville, TX, and Laguna Beach, CA, but made her way back to Austin, TX, where she has lived for over 20 years. She has a B.A. in Psychology from Long Beach State University and has a son of whom she is very proud. She joined KnowledgeConnex in June 2022.

Victoria is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a degree in English Literature with an emphasis in Editing from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. She has almost ten years of experience in the marketing field, mostly focused on SEO and content creation/editing. A bit of a perfectionist, Victoria is driven to make sure that clients have the best possible experience and is always happy to go that extra mile to make sure that needs are being met.
