Kurt brings over thirty years of experience in the design and construction industry based on his personal and professional background. Kurt's participation in the overall operations of the firm brings a wealth of experience in building analysis and planning and design of special projects within all areas of construction. The list of completed projects which conducted under his direction includes offices, schools, building studies, medical offices, retail establishments, and theatres. His experience in planning new environments and facilitating project delivery has been enhanced throughout his 30 year career on Municipal, Provincial, and Federal projects as well as private industry clients and school divisions. Kurt serves as the founding Principal of KREATE ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN LTD., carrying out his role as Architect on all projects completed. He provides leadership in design strategies, innovative solutions and technical expertise for all facets of project delivery. Kurt's extensive background in project procurement and delivery methods provides essential services to the clients and the firm in carrying out overall project success.
