Amy K. Bonn

Amy received a B.A. in English from Oglethorpe University, an M.A. in English from the University of Pittsburgh, and a law degree from Creighton University School of Law. In addition to representing clients with disabilities in administrative appeals, she also represents families of children with disabilities in special education matters, providing advocacy at IEP and Section 504 meetings and manifestation determination review sessions. She also represents families in the dispute resolution processes of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), including due process hearings and state complaints. She is a consulting attorney with the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA), a legal writing adjunct instructor at Creighton University School of Law, and a frequent speaker on special education law and advocacy issues. Amy is also a proud parent of children with developmental disabilities.

Andrea was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska Omaha in 2015, and her law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2021. Her practice areas include general litigation, estate planning and business formation. She is admitted to practice in the state of Nebraska and is also a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association. Much of Julianne's practice is dedicated to counseling individuals, families and businesses in her areas of specialities. Some of these areas include, estate planning, guardianships and conservatorships, probate and business formation. Julianne is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, the Supreme Court of Nebraska, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Additionally, Julianne is a member of the Real Estate, Probate, and Trusts section of the Nebraska State Bar Association. Rob is a Nebraska native, born and raised in the western panhandle town of Scottsbluff. He attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, majoring in Marketing and Management. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1970 and earned his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1973.
