LAKE CARLOS VILLAS

Lake Carlos Villas is an 18-unit cooperative located on beautiful Lake Carlos in central Minnesota. We are managed by our owners through a Board of Directors. The developers have been gone for many years so there are no salespeople or pressure sales... Since the early 1980's, Lake Carlos Villas has provided an enjoyable get-away with golfing, swimming, and fishing in the summer; ice fishing, skiing, and snowmobiling in the winter.
