Following his gradution from Cornell University School of Law in 1974, Joe worked for the Suffolk County District Attorney's office where he was assigned to the Organized Crime Task Force and was instrumental in prosecuting organized crime. Joe joined Lecomte, Emanuelson & Doyle in 1985 and now is the firm's Senior Managing Partner.
Joe has extensive civil and criminal trial experience in both the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth and regularly represents insurers in first party, third party and subrogation claims. Additionally, Joe has extensive real estate, corporate, and probate experience.
Finally, Joe provides effective, aggressive representation for catastrophic property damage,
profile cases, Matt joined Lecomte, Emanuelson & Doyle in October 1997. His practice consists of representing insurers in coverage disputes, bad faith claims, general liability litigation, and subrogation matters in the state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Rhode Island. In addition, Matt has wide general practice, providing real estate, estate planning, probate litigation, business law, and employment law services to individuals and corporate clients.
