Jennifer James Marshburn, the founder's daughter, started with the firm in 1975. Consistently learning and growing in the ever-changing industry, she became the Office Manager in 1980. With hundreds of clients and an increasing staff the firm continued to improve its' suite of services and evolve into a multi-faceted operation. In 2000, Jennifer became certified and licensed as a NC REALTOR®. Much like her father decades before, she saw her clients' need for an additional service. Understanding both the tax laws and the NC Real Estate Commission's rules and regulations for the purchase and sale of real estate made LC James Associates more valuable to the people that they serve. LC James Associates became a third generation family when Jennifer James Marshburn's daughter became an active part of the staff.
