Bailey was born and raised in Laramie and has never had the desire to leave her hometown. After working for ARK Regional Services for a year and a half as a caregiver to the clients, she was given the opportunity to work at her family's business which she took and started her lifelong career in Real Estate. She joined Laramie Land Company in 2017 and since has been intricately involved in all the property management the company does. Obtaining her Wyoming Real Estate License in 2019 has opened new avenues for her to forge into the sales side of the business also.
She looks forward to assisting residential clients and bringing her knowledge of buying a home, which she was able to do at a young age, renting a home as well as selling your home. An animal lover, her Fiancé and she are proud parents to three dogs and one cat. Bailey thoroughly enjoys the real estate
Effie Bader is an Owner/Associate Broker at Laramie Land Company, working all aspects of real estate including residential, commercial and investment. Prior to moving back to be near family and start her current partnership, she worked in commercial real estate in the Denver CBRE office, an international commercial real estate firm. While there for over 10 years, she worked with one of the top industrial teams assisting in sales, leasing and investment sales.
She is a proud graduate of the University of Wyoming with a degree in Business Administration and attended Laramie High School. She has been a member and served as President of the Laramie Board of Realtors and Zonta Club of Laramie, past board member of the Wyoming Association of Realtors, member of the City of Laramie Retail Group and in 2019 became a Board Member for the Laramie Chamber Business Alliance after having volunteered on the Business Properties Committee.
Whether it be working with a first-time home buyer or the seasoned buyer, providing listing services or working with a corporation, Effie enjoys working with everyone in accomplishing their real estate transaction. Her love of Laramie brought her back to where she grew up and since then life has flourished as she has since married, built a home, and is the proud mother of two boys, and two Golden Retrievers (the redheads).

Jessica Sanchez rejoined Laramie Land Company in 2015. Jessica held her license with Laramie Land Company for 3 years prior to moving to Pennsylvania in 2011, where she had a great experience discovering the east coast lifestyle. Jessica returned to Laramie and worked at the Ark Equestrian Center working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an equestrian setting. This love helped Jessica decide to return to school at the University of Wyoming. While attending the University, she decided to return to the real estate profession and while her emphasis will be in property management, she looks forward to helping you with all your real estate needs.

Karla has been in the real estate business for over 30 years in a full-time position with Laramie Land Company and purchased the company in 2007. She enjoys selling real estate and it shows in her production. She is full of energy and is dedicated to giving outstanding service to all her clients and customers. She not only sells many homes in Laramie but is looked to as an expert for mountain and recreational properties in the Snowy Range Mountains west of Laramie.

Kimberly is a Wyoming native and has spent nearly half her life living, working, and raising her daughters in Laramie. She is an Associate Broker with 4 years of real estate sales experience and holds an MBA with a background as a non-profit executive. Kimberly specializes in land sales but is experienced with Buyers and Sellers in all aspects of real estate transactions. She has served on numerous committees in the Laramie community and has organized a variety of fundraisers. Kimberly is an avid outdoor enthusiast with a lifetime of experience in the farm and ranch industry. She grew up in Southeast Wyoming on a large farm and ranch operation and is married to her own Wyoming cowboy.
