Jay has been with LEAKPRO® for 17+ years now. Jay has an extensive automotive background and a love for Motorcycles. Jay is fully versed in all aspects of automotive leak repair, wind noise repair, sunroof and convertible repair. Jay is also fully trained by the National Glass Association (NGA) in Automotive glass repair and replacement. Jay is married to Erika and lives in Hoover.

Jesse is the franchise owner for the Vancouver and North Vancouver area. After starting as a technician working with president Michael-Murphy Brown for over 5 years, Jesse transitioned to franchise owner and now also has a technician of his own working with him in the area.

John started his career as the youngest supervisor at Ford Canada, ending as General Supervisor of Quality Control, responsible for the entire manufacturing plant. Shortly thereafter John had a dealership customer experience that would ultimately blossom into what LEAKPRO® is today. After bringing his brand-new Thunderbird to a dealership for repair, the sub-contracted repair team stripped it of it's carpet, sprayed a tar like substance all over the interior, tearing the drivers seat in the process. Meanwhile, John knew, the leak could have been fixed with a simple grommet or body plug replacement. Outraged by this negative experience, John set forth to create an automotive leak and repair company to fill this void of quality repair work, in 1996 LEAKPRO® was born, and the rest is history.

Bio
Michel (Mike) is the newest addition to the LEAKPRO team as a Franchise Partner in Ottawa and the surrounding area. Michel brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in mechanical engineering, aviation, and interior work. As a licensed mechanic, Michel has worked for Bombardier in Montreal for many years, assembling aircraft and honing his skills in precision work. He has also spent time working in the sealer department, where he gained knowledge and experience in sealing planes to ensure their safety and performance. With his varied background and knowledge, Michel is a staple in the LEAKPRO team and seeks to provide his clients with the highest quality service in the industry.
Michel Allard has been a longtime Car Enthusiast and a licensed Automotive Mechanic. Throughout most of Michel's career he was in the Aerospace industry working for many years with Bombardier assembling various jet airplanes with a majority of his time spent in the "sealing' department. At 30,000+ thousand feet a water leak or air leak could be catastrophic! Michel is married to Chantel and has one daughter Annabelle. Michel and LEAKPRO's supportive network provides the area with the knowledge to handle the most complex leak issues, sunroof concerns and convertible problems.

Mike Tedesco is a multi-unit franchise owner whose team covers most of Ontario. Mike and his team strive to always treat customers with professionalism and their vehicles as if they were their own. Mike has been with LEAKPRO® since 2012 and loves every moment which shows through in his feature in Canadian Franchise Magazine. He purchased his first franchise in 2013 and as of 2022 now has 4 team members assisting in serving the customers of Ontario. Mike says "this is a unique and challenging career. And I'll never look back."

Sid Sharma is the LEAKPRO® franchise owner for Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, Barrie, and Orillia. Sid brings a wealth of experience to the position, having worked in the family business in India manufacturing regular buses, coaches, and sleeper models. Sid's expertise in proper sealing and interior work makes him an expert in automotive leak repairs. His dedication to delivering the highest quality service to his customers is evident in everything he does. Sid's focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction is unmatched.

Hello my name is Steve Kicksee and I've been working in the automotive industry for the last 20 years. I've been putting the clients best interest first since day one. I started my career as a General Motors ASEP grand master service technician graduate and eventually found my calling with Leakpro.
