Dr. Tammy Verlaan-Ross is a graduate of RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. She has particular expertise in the field of lifestyle, health, peak performance and complementary therapies. She has lectured widely on these topics and has many media appearances in Ireland discussing this field. She is also an expert in the area of stress and works extensively in this field. At Life Consulting she works on many health related projects, including projects related to measuring stress and devising programmes to alleviate stress.
Joy is the Office Manager and is experienced using a variety of software packages and has excellent organisational skills. Joy provides assistance for day to day project tasks.

Peter has 20 years experience in data analysis, marketing research, social research and statistics. He is a graduate of Trinity College where he studied Natural Science, specialising in Geography. He is experienced using a variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies and has a particular interest in the adaption of new technology in research. He has worked on many high profile nationally and internationally important research projects. His research interests include health, wellness, education, sport and leisure, transport and tourism.
Peter has lead projects for organisations such as the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland, Bank of Ireland, Budget Travel, SN Brussels Airlines, the Arts Council, The National Disability Authority, the Higher Education Authority and the National Lottery. He is also a trainer for the data analysis and survey design training courses. He is an executive member of the Social Research Association, Ireland branch.
