Kenneth's story is one of commitment, honesty and hard work. Kenneth started as a Messenger in 1985 at Vela Vke (Pty) Ltd at their Nelspruit office. Kenneth was soon spotted and offered administrational tasks within the business.
Today he has a passion for computers and technology and is extremely computer literate. At the end of 2007 Kenneth got involved in the administrative, digital printing and branding and procurement side of Ledon's business. Considering his active involvement and valuable contribution in supply and procurement matters Kenneth joined Ledon CC as a member in 2009.
Kenneth has the exceptional ability to build rapport with people of all cultures. He has proven himself a great project administrator and facilitator with a compassion for people of all walks of life. He is extremely gifted when it comes to languages and working with project teams. Clients who worked with Kenneth remember him long after project completion.

Nonnie was born in Pretoria, South-Africa and completed her school career in in Polokwane. Leadership abilities were already evident from an early age as she was appointed head girl of both her primary and high school. The road to success however was not always easy at the age of seven, Nonnie was diagnosed with severe dyslexia. An experience that has made a tremendous impact on herself and her family.
Today, Nonnie testify and believe that with the right interventions, assistance, focus, dedication and hard work anything in life is achievable. Currently Nonnie is the Managing Member of Ledon CC. She was also the founder member of the Ledon Potential Development® Range. Nonnie is Your Potential Development ® Coach and dedicated to your success.
