The Geriatric Care Consultants was founded in 2005 by Nancy Carey, RN , BSN to provide client centered care to the elderly (and their loved ones). The cornerstone of our service is our medical knowledge and experience dealing with the issues related to the aging process. Unlike other geriatric managers we only use nurses with "hands on" experience in homecare to provide our consulting services... We serve as independent consultants and advocates to help the aging population and their families identify key issues of concern. We then develop and help execute a personalized care plan in the most cost effective way. When needed we recommend and arrange for other service provider to meet the needs of your loved one...
