LITIGATION SUPPORT ADVISORS - Key Persons
Kristin formed Litigation Support Advisors, PLC in December 2006. She has been qualified as an expert witness in the areas of accounting, forensic accounting and business valuation in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco Counties and has given sworn testimony on more than 130 occasions. Kristin is an experienced neutral financial professional in collaborative divorce and has received advanced training in collaborative divorce. As a member of the Tampa Bay Collaborative Trainers, Kristin is part of a team that provides interdisciplinary training in collaborative practice to other professionals.
Kristin has received Bachelors of Science degrees from the University of South Florida (2000) and Boston University (1995). She received her ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) in 2001.
Kristin is a member of AICPA, Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA), the Tampa Bay Academy of Collaborative Professionals (TBACP), Next Generation Divorce and the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals (FACP). She is also an affiliate member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and co-chair of the Collaborative Law Section. She serves on the board of FACP and is Secretary and past co-chair of TBACP.
Kristin volunteers her time as Treasurer of Chapters Health Systems, a non-profit hospice organization and is past Treasurer for Are You Safe, Inc., a non-profit organization providing legal and counseling services to victims of domestic violence.
