David Smith

David Smith is a leadership consultant and coach with over 25 years of experience leading organizations and large teams including multiple start-ups and one of Canada's '50 Best Managed Companies'. He has served as CEO and a SME business owner and his passion for ‘greenfield' business launches has provided him with the honour of serving on the founding leadership teams of two Canadian financial services companies and on several Boards. Over the years, he has learned that a team or organization is only as healthy and productive as its leadership. David's years of lived experience in organizational leadership and corporate finance has made him a sought-after coach and mentor to leaders and teams of major organizations across Canada. Since 2009, he has coached over 300 new and seasoned executives, leaders and teams in regional, national and international organizations, SMEs, and private and family enterprises. While David has excelled at coaching high-ranking CEO's and executive leaders in large organizations, he believes leaders in organizations of all sizes can realize the benefits of coaching and bring profound success to their business and personal lives. He coaches and mentors new leaders to fully embrace their roles and prepares the next generation leaders to step up. After receiving a business undergraduate degree, David set out to master the leadership craft and hasn't stopped training since. He has studied leadership at Harvard Business School, University of Colorado and Banff Centre for Management and adult education through St. Francis Xavier University. He is accredited in multiple professional associations, is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Registered Professional Marketer with the Canadian Institute of marketing (CIM). He continues ongoing certification in numerous coaching and training systems.

Nancy Smith

Nancy Smith is a successful female entrepreneur and leadership coach with a background in multiple industries including investment management, professional accounting, legal services and information and communications technology. As Managing Partner of Logia, Nancy uses the experience she has gained in these industries to both manage Logia and provide skillful and exemplary coaching services. Nancy's inspiration comes from her love of learning and the joy she gets from seeing her clients succeed through coaching. In particular, she receives great delight in guiding women to excel not only in leadership, but in all areas of their lives. She believes that for someone to achieve genuine success, they need to grow and develop habits in all areas of their life. Nancy's ongoing interest and study in neuroscience and positive psychology was further heightened during her 3-year recovery from a head injury in 2018. This traumatic brain injury led her to embrace the ongoing evolution of research in psychological and neuroscience and keeps her discovering new applications to use in her coaching practice. Nancy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Regina and is also a Spiritual Director. She is accredited in multiple professional associations, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds various other coach certifications. Reading and travelling are two of the many ways Nancy embraces her love of learning. Journeys to places like Israel, Italy, Greece, Turkey and China have helped to shape her coaching and leadership philosophies. Nancy's current favorite books are The Ideal Team Player by Patrick Lencioni and A Time to Lead - Mastering Yourself so you can Master the World by Craig Dowden. Nancy lives with her husband David and the two youngest of their four children in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
