Embarking on his real estate journey with Victoria's premier property development titans, MAB Corporation and Mirvac, Baden amassed a wealth of expertise across the full breadth of the industry. His journey led him to join Lucas Real Estate in 2006. Before becoming a Director at Lucas Real Estate, Baden had already carved a reputation as our most high-achieving agent. While he has an undeniable passion for supporting both buyers and vendors, he finds equal satisfaction in guiding and developing our top-performing team.
Baden is the epitome of passion and proactivity, marked by an extraordinary work ethic. He commands a deep understanding of the Docklands, Southbank, and wider Melbourne property markets. For 16 memorable years, Baden resided in the heart of Docklands, immersing himself in all the lifestyle benefits the waterfront suburb has to offer. Currently, he enjoys the blend of urban and suburban living on the fringes of the city with his children. When he isn't immersed in the world of real estate, Baden has a passion for Golf or jogging along the Yarra, even though he admits to having a love-hate relationship with running. The proud father of two beautiful girls, Lucy & Gracie, it won't take him long to pull out his phone and display them with pride!

Dylan Emmett has acquired an immense depth of knowledge of the inner-city market, its properties and its people throughout his career in the Real Estate industry spanning over two decades.
With a passion for customer service and property management, Dylan accepted the challenge of further developing our Asset Management business and in 2013 was appointed as a Director of Lucas.
A Licensed Real Estate Agent, Dylan is a man who knows how to get things done, skilfully helping clients achieve their individual goals. He makes life stress-free for his tenants and landlords, efficiently resolving issues and handling every last detail with care and attention.

Glen Lucas founded Lucas Real Estate in 2003 after selling apartments off the plan for MAB Corporation. Glen quickly identified the need for an independent agency offering high-quality service in leasing and re-selling apartments for stakeholders. Shortly after establishing Lucas, the fast-growing team rapidly expanded and the Lucas Group now employs over 30 team members.
Glen's founding principles still remain today - act with integrity, achieve great results and have fun. Whilst Glen isn't operating in the business day to day now, he still has an active interest in Lucas and works closely with Baden Lucas & Dylan Emmett as an advisor.
