Chris Claremont is a Vice President and the Chief Technology officer at Lone Star Title. Chris has been in the information technology field since 1994 and with Lone Star Title since 2001. He works at our main office located at 6701 N. Mesa in West El Paso.

Cole Freytag is an escrow officer at Lone Star Title Company of El Paso at our Trawood office. Cole recently earned his masters degree in Leadership Studies from UTEP and played wide receiver for the Miners football team. He also earned his bachelors degree in Organizational & Corporate Communications from UTEP and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and strong background in business communications. Danielle Olivas is an escrow officer for Lone Star Title Company of El Paso at our West office. With over 10 years experience in the title business, a fantastic demeanor and deep understanding of our industry, she is very well respected by her clients and her coworkers. Eddie Torres is a native El Pasoan and graduated from Austin High School. He began his career in the title industry in 1984, first as a runner and through training and valuable experience, Eddie became a Title Examiner. Eddie joined the Lone Star Title team in 2010 and works in the title plant as a Title Examiner. He works out of the Main office located at 6701 N. Mesa and can be contacted at (915) 838-0700.

Erik Arredondo began his career in the title insurance industry in 2001 with First American in Santa Ana, California, where he served as a Title Examiner, Department Supervisor, and eventually their Title Operations Supervisor.
Erik moved back to El Paso and joined LST in 2014, bringing with him 13 years of experience in title examination and mortgage services.
In 2018 Erik was promoted to Chief Title Examiner for LST and has been a major part of company growth for nearly 10 years.
Erik holds a CAEP designation from TLTA (Certified Abstract Examination Professional) and continues to grow as a leader in our industry.

Evelyn Sims is a Vice President of Lone Star Title and has been the East office branch manager since December 1, 2007. She joined the LST team on April 24, 2000. She previously worked for Commonwealth Land Title in Concord, California and is a native of Lexington, Mississippi. Evelyn has been a tremendous asset to both Lone Star and the Texas title business as she offers exemplary leadership and management skills.
She has been in the real estate industry since 1981 and has many years of experience in lending and delinquent taxes. Gracie is a native bilingual El Pasoan who volunteers with many community organizations. She is ready and willing to help you with all your escrow needs.

James Nicely is a native El Pasoan and has been in the title industry since 1981. James has an extensive background in title examinations and has been with Lone Star Title since 2003.He is responsible for managing the plant and assists in the solving of underwriting issues and title examinations.James is located at Lone Star Title's Main office on 6701 N. John C. Martin was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. In 1985, he graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Real Estate & Finance, and later that same year, began his career in the title insurance industry. In 1990, he relocated his family to El Paso, Texas, where he continued his career in title insurance as a Regional Manager for a major national title underwriter. In 1999, he founded Lone Star Title Company of El Paso, and in 2007, founded Camino Real Abstract and Title. Let John serve all of your West Texas and Southern New Mexico title insurance needs.
Louie Morales is a native of El Paso and has been involved in the title industry since 1993. He possesses an extensive background in computer information systems specifically related to the title industry and assists all Lone Star Title branch offices with their technological requests.

Luisa Nava is a Co-Branch Manager and Escrow Officer at the Zaragoza office. She is a native of Puebla, Puebla, Mexico and has lived in El Paso most of her life. She graduated from Americas High School in 2001 and is fluent in Spanish. Richard E. Dayoub is the founder and principal of Thunderbird Management Consulting, LLC. He began his career in the chamber world in 2003 as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2004, he assumed the position of president and was selected to be the Chamber's President and CEO in 2007. Since 2004, Richard has served on the Collaborative for Academic Excellence, a nationally recognized partnership headquartered at the University of Texas at El Paso and chaired by its president, Dr. Diana Natalicio. He has also served as board chair for the Child Crisis Center, board member of Junior Achievement and Big Brothers Big Sisters, and was honored as the Fort Bliss Citizen of the Year in 2009, for his work in support of Fort Bliss soldiers and their families. Mr. Dayoub was inducted into the Fort Bliss Hall of Fame in May of 2013.
Since sharing his expertise with LST, Richard has been a major contribution to business development and holds a vital role in strengthening our customer relations within the community of El Paso.

Tim is a Vice President and Escrow Officer for Lone Star Title. He is a bilingual native of El Paso, and a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso with a degree in marketing/management. Tim has been in the real estate business since 1979, including brokerage and management, and has been actively invovled in the local title insurance industry since 1994. Tim is a licensed escrow officer who is closing both residential and commercial transactions at Lone Star's headquarters location at 6701 N. Mesa.

Tirey Smith is First Vice President of Lone Star Title and joined the LST team on April 1, 2003. Tirey is a home-grown native of El Paso and graduated from the University of Texas in Austin. He has made a great mark in our industry with our newest branch office at Zaragoza.Tirey has earned the Texas Land Title Associations (TLTA) designations of Certified Escrow Settlement Associate (CESA) and Certified Title Insurance Associate (CTIA). Tirey is active in TLTA and industry matters, particularly with the TLTA Young Professionals committee.
