Eli C. Bronn is an Associate at Lynch, Cox, Gilman & Goodman, P.S.C. His practice primarily specializes in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, and Business Organizations. Eli holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and a J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law. While attending the University of Kentucky College of Law, Eli was appointed Articles Editor of the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Law. Eli's Note, titled, "Chronic Wasting Disease: An Ignored Epidemic" was published in Volume 12 of the 2020-2021 Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Law publication.

Elizabeth M. Howell

Elizabeth M. Howell has devoted her practice to family law in Kentucky. Howell concentrates her practice in complex financial divorce, including business valuation, trusts, executive compensation, tracing of non-marital funds and creative solutions for complicated assets. She enjoys advocating for her clients both in and out of the courtroom. Her approach to family law puts clients and their goals first. Howell remains up to date on Kentucky family law statutes, cases, and trends. She annually presents updates to other family law attorneys and judges at continuing legal education courses. Howell was selected for the 2018 - 2023 Kentucky Rising Stars lists. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor. Howell fell in love with family law because of the ability to work face-to-face with clients on matters that directly impact their daily lives. Howell is passionate about family law, including using alternative dispute resolution methods to amicably and efficiently resolve contentious family law matters. She particularly enjoys working with clients to increase their understanding of the legal process to reduce clients' stress during what can be a very difficult time. Howell also works pro bono educating area attorneys, social workers, college administrators, and law school classes on Title IX. Howell has served in a variety of roles in the Louisville and Kentucky legal community. At home, she enjoys spending time with her young family, especially visiting the library to read the latest children's books.

Emily T. Cecconi

Emily T. Cecconi joined Lynch Cox Gilman & Goodman as an associate in 2023, after having started her career with Diana L. Skaggs + Partners following her graduation the University of Kentucky Rosenburg College of Law. Although her practice touches all areas of divorce and family law, she concentrates on complex financial divorce, including business valuation, tracing of nonmarital assets, the determination of income available for child and spousal support, and complex child custody matters. John Davis Cox is a shareholder/partner at Lynch, Cox, Gilman & Goodman, P.S.C.  All of his practice is devoted to civil litigation, including business and commercial litigation, as well as catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Cox is a Louisville native who received his B.A. from the University of Louisville as well as his Juris Doctor Degree, both of which were with magna cum laude honors.  He also played soccer for the University of Louisville where he was a captain for the 1996 season and was a recipient of the Red and Black Award given to the two athletes in all sports with the highest GPA. He has extensive experience doing complex litigation, and has obtained several multi-million dollar results, including the resolution of a Federal Tort Claims Act case for wrongful death, which was featured in the National Verdict Search Publication, along with the USA Today and New York Times.  He has represented various business clients, including local and regional banks, physicians, insurance companies, and sports and entertainment groups as well as numerous personal injury and wrongful death clients.

Nathan R. Hardymon

Nathan R. Hardymon joined Lynch Cox Gilman & Goodman, PSC as an associate in 2022. His practice concentrates in the areas of domestic relations and litigation, and he represents client in all areas of family law in the trial and appellate courts of Kentucky. His legal interests include high asset/high conflict dissolution of marriage and family law matters, alternative/non-heteronormative family structures, and assisted reproductive technology. Prior to joining Lynch Cox Gilman & Goodman, PSC, Mr. Hardymon has practiced with other boutique domestic relations firms for a number of years and was a Staff Attorney for the Honorable John M. McCarty, a Family Court judge in Daviess County, Kentucky. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky Rosenberg College of Law in 2018 cum laude. While working toward his degree, Mr. Hardymon served as a Certified Legal Intern with the University of Kentucky College of Law Legal Clinic. Paul M. Baker

Paul M. Baker is a 1972 Honors graduate of the University of  Louisville School of Law. While in law school, he received the West Publishing Company Award for highest scholastic average in his class and was elected to the University of Louisville Chapter of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society. Mr. Baker is a Distinguished Alumnus of the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, and also holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking. From 1982 to 1992, Mr. Baker served as General Counsel to Great Financial Bank. In January 1992, he was appointed President of Great Financial and elected to its board of directors. In January 1993, he was also named Chief Executive Officer of the organization. In 1998 Great Financial Bank merged with the predecessor of U. S. Bank. At the time Great Financial was the largest financial institution headquartered in the state of Kentucky. Mr. Baker has practiced Corporate, Banking and Real Estate law with the firm of Lynch, Cox, Gilman and Goodman, since 1998. He continues his practice in those areas today. Mr. Baker has served on the board of directors of Spalding University, the Kentucky Bankers Association, the Downtown Development Corporation and the Fund for the Arts. He is a member of the American, Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations.

Robert L. Brown

Robert Brown advises on trade, investments, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for U.S. companies and foreign companies operating in the U.S., including manufacturing, distribution, sales, retail and wholesale operations. He has worked closely with companies as an investment banker and attorney, serving both in-house and as an outside advisor in Louisville, London, New York City, Tokyo, San Francisco and San Diego. Robert is admitted as an attorney in New York, Washington, D.C., California and Kentucky, and is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and in Hong Kong. From 1991-1993 he was admitted as a foreign lawyer in Japan. He has two PhD. degrees. The first was from Cambridge University and studied Japanese privatization, while the second one was from The London School of Economics and Political Science and dealt with Indonesian legal reforms and creditor relations. He also has a Masters degree from Jochi University in Tokyo, and an Advanced Accounting Certificate from Bellarmine University. Recently, he completed an LL.M in international trade and development from the University of London. During three years of law school, he earned J.D., M.B.A. and Masters Degrees from the University of Louisville. Robert has taught international transaction courses at the law schools of University of California Berkeley, University of San Francisco and University of Louisville, as well as accounting, business, economic and finance courses at the school of business of Bellarmine University, where he served as dean from 2015-16. Scott A. Weinberg is a Shareholder of Lynch, Cox, Gilman & Goodman, P.S.C., where he focuses his practice in estate planning, business organizations, and tax planning. He concentrates his practice in designing estate, asset protection, and business succession plans in a tax advantageous manner for medium and high net worth individuals and families. He also enjoys representing clients in the formation of closely-held business entities and in special needs planning. Mr. Weinberg also maintains an active practice in Florida, and regularly advises clients in trust and estate administration issues in both Kentucky and Florida. He also routinely represents personal representatives in Kentucky and Florida probate matters and oversees the filing of United States Estate Tax Returns and Kentucky Inheritance Tax Returns. Scott Spiegel is a Shareholder and President of Lynch, Cox, Gilman & Goodman, P.S.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of labor, employment and litigation. He is a former president of the Louisville Bar Association and former member of the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association. Steven A. Goodman is a Shareholder/Partner with Lynch, Cox, Gilman & Goodman, PSC. His practice concentrates in the areas of transactional matters, tax, corporate & security law, business succession planning, employee benefits (specialization in ESOPs) and estate planning. Prior to joining Lynch, Cox, Gilman & Goodman, P.S.C., Mr. Goodman was a Shareholder/Partner with the Louisville, Kentucky firm of Goldberg-Simpson, P.S.C. A native of Lexington, Kentucky, Mr. Goodman holds a 1974 undergraduate degree from Indiana University, a 1977 Law Degree from the University of Kentucky and a 1981 Masters of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. William D. Tingley is Of Counsel to the law firm of Lynch Cox Gillman & Goodman, P.S.C., in Louisville, Kentucky, where he concentrates his practice on appeals before the Kentucky Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Kentucky. He is a graduate of Asbury University and received his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the Adjunct Professor of Appellate Advocacy at Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Over the past 35 years, he has been a frequent lecturer, and author, on a variety of family law topics for the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the Kentucky Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association, and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association. He is the author of The Kentucky Appellate Practice and Procedure Deskbook, published by the University of Kentucky's J.
