These are programming, planning, designing (including interior and landscape), securing permits, preparing contract documents, all aspects of construction field services such as certificates of payment, change orders and substantial completion reviews... We have grown steadily and expanded the types of projects we undertake, with success in both residential and commercial areas. We specialize in designing single-family homes, including new builds, renovation and retention projects. To date we have designed over 300 homes throughout the Lower Mainland. In addition to Vancouver, we have consulted on projects in China, Japan, Finland, Sweden, and most notably we designed the Terelj Hotel in Mongolia... Our reputation has grown by successfully designing in complex zoning areas.
