Adam Park has served as our Assistant General Counsel since September 2020.
Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Park practiced corporate and securities law at Baker & Hostetler LLP, where he primarily counseled clients in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Baker & Hostetler, Mr. Park was an associate in the business practices group at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP, where he focused on the formation, regulation, and operation of public and private funds, including business development companies. Mr. Park holds a B.A. from the College of William and Mary in Philosophy and a J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law.
Prior to Main Street, Mr. Tobias was an Investment Banking Analyst at BMO Capital Markets in Chicago. While at BMO Capital Markets, Mr. Tobias focused on the origination, structuring, and syndication of leveraged, pro rata debt for diversified middle market clients. Mr. Tobias graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Iowa receiving a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics.
Alejandro Palomo re-joined Main Street in June of 2021 as a Vice President after spending several years with Hines Interests Limited Partnership ("Hines") in various roles in support of Hines' credit investment business. Mr. Palomo joined Hines in August 2012 as a Director-Investment Management and was promoted to Managing Director-Investment Management at Hines in August 2016. From June 2019 until October 2020, Mr. Palomo has served as Chief Investment Officer of MSC Income Fund, Inc and Mr. Palomo served as the lead member of the investment committee, as senior portfolio manager, and as a member of the valuation committee for HMS Adviser, LLC from his arrival at Hines in 2012 until April 2021. In these roles, Mr. Palomo was involved with the evaluation and approval of MSC Income Fund, Inc.'s investment opportunities as well as the monitoring of investment performance and valuation of the portfolio. Prior to joining Hines, from March 2008 to August 2012, Mr. Palomo was a Director at Main Street involved with the origination, underwriting and valuation of investments within Main Street's lower middle-market portfolio. Before joining Main Street, from January 2005 to March 2008, Mr. Palomo worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the transaction services group and the audit practice. He holds a B.B.A and a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Texas at El Paso and is a certified public accountant.

Amber Johnson, a CFE, is the Senior Manager of our Financial Planning & Analysis group. Mrs. Johnson has been with the firm since 2018, supporting our Lower Middle Market teams with additional review and analysis of portfolio company financials. Mrs. Johnson's role also includes the implementation and maintenance of OneStream to support our portfolio companies. Previously, Mrs. Johnson worked at Deloitte in the audit group to assist with quarterly and annual audits, as well as internal control audit procedures.
Mrs. Johnson holds a Master's of Science in Accounting degree from Lamar University.

Ashley Seatter has served as our Business Development and Marketing Senior Associate since 2022 and has been with Main Street in previous roles since 2018. Mrs. Seatter received her Master in Professional Accounting and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas Tech University. Prior to joining Main Street, Ms. Seatter worked for Ernst & Young as a Senior in their Assurance group.
Becca Smith is an Analyst on Main Street's Lower Middle Market team.
Ms. Smith graduated magna cum laude from M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Ms. Smith was a Summer Analyst with Main Street in 2021.
Braden Upp is a Vice President on our Lower Middle Market investment team and has been with the firm in various roles since 2017. Mr. Upp supports our investment team with the evaluation of new investment opportunities and assists with investment underwriting, due diligence and documentation of new investments and the post-investment management of a portfolio of Lower Middle Market companies.

Mr. Lane has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Comfort Systems USA, Inc. (NYSE: FIX), a leading provider of commercial, industrial and institutional heating, ventilation and air conditioning and electrical services, since December 2011 and as a director of Comfort Systems since November 2010. Mr. Lane served as Comfort Systems' President and Chief Operating Officer from March 2010 until December 2011. Mr. Lane joined Comfort Systems in October 2003 and served as Vice President and then Senior Vice President for Region One until he was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2009. Prior to joining Comfort Systems, Mr. Lane spent fifteen years at Halliburton Company (NYSE: HAL), a global service and equipment company devoted to energy, industrial, and government customers. During his tenure at Halliburton, he held various positions in business development, strategy and project initiatives, and he departed as the Regional Director of Europe and Africa. Mr. Lane's additional experience included serving as a Regional Director of Capstone Turbine Corporation (NASDAQ: CPST), a distributed power manufacturer. He also was a Vice President of Kvaerner, an international engineering and construction company, where he focused on the chemical industry. Mr. Lane earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from Boston College.
Brianna Grieco has served as a Senior Associate on the Private Credit investment team since July 2023 and has been with Main Street in various roles since joining in 2019. Ms. Grieco graduated from The University of Texas at Austin Red McCombs School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Minor in Management Information Systems. As an undergraduate, Ms. Grieco participated in two professional internships, as a Summer Analyst with Goldman Sachs in 2017 and as a Summer Analyst with Main Street in 2018.
Carlos Gilson is an Associate on Main Street's Private Credit Team.
Prior to Main Street, Mr. Gilson was a Corporate Banking Analyst at Bank of America in New York where he analyzed acquisition financings, capital structures and ratings across various large corporations in the industrials sector. Mr. Gilson graduated Summa Cum Laude from Oklahoma State University receiving a BSBA in Finance with Computer Science and Accounting minors.
Charles Jennings has served as a Director since 2023 and has been with Main Street in various roles since joining in 2017. Mr. Jennings received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012 and his Masters of Science in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 2013. Before joining Main Street, Charles worked with BHP Billiton Petroleum's finance group.
Charles P. Rosenstein, a C.P.A., has served as our Controller since 2010 and has been at the firm in various roles since 2008.
Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Rosenstein was a Financial Analyst with Mariner Energy, Inc. where he was involved with all aspects of SEC reporting and management analysis. Prior to Mariner Energy, Mr. Rosenstein served as a senior SEC Auditor for the accounting firm Malone & Bailey, P.C. In this position, he was responsible for planning, supervising and completing audits for SEC clients and training and supervising entry level staff. While at Malone & Bailey, Mr. Rosenstein worked extensively with clients in the oil and gas industry.
Cole Daill is a Vice President on our Lower Middle Market investment team and has been with the firm in various roles since 2023. Mr. Daill supports our investment team by sourcing new investment opportunities and leading the evaluation of new investment opportunities, including investment underwriting, due diligence and documentation. Mr. Daill is also active in leading the post-investment management of a portfolio of Lower Middle Market companies.
Prior to Main Street, Mr. Daill was an Associate in BlackRock's Global Infrastructure Fund, after beginning his career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley's energy investment banking group. Mr. Daill graduated from Southern Methodist University, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
Cole Kofnovec is a Senior Associate on our Lower Middle Market investment team and has been with the firm in various roles since 2020. Mr. Kofnovec supports our investment team with the evaluation of new investment opportunities and assists with investment underwriting, due diligence and documentation of new investments and the post-investment management of a portfolio of Lower Middle Market companies.
K. Colton Braud, III is a Managing Director on our Lower Middle Market investment team. Since joining Main Street in 2012, Mr. Braud has previously served on our investment team in various roles from Associate to Director. Mr. Braud's responsibilities include managing a portfolio of Lower Middle Market investments where he is an active board member and assists those companies with various strategic initiatives, capital raises and M&A activity. He is also responsible for originating and executing on new investments for the firm.
Mr. Braud also currently serves as a Managing Director of MSC Income Fund, Inc., a business development company that is managed by MSC Adviser I, LLC, our wholly owned portfolio company and a registered investment adviser.
Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Braud spent two years as an Associate at Wellspring Capital Management, a middle market private equity firm based in New York. Prior to Wellspring, Mr. Braud served as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. in the Financial Sponsor Group. Mr. Braud currently sits on the board of directors of The Children's Fund, Inc. a non-profit charitable organization that serves underprivileged youth in the greater Houston Area.

Conner Plunk, a certified public accountant, is a Manager in our Accounting group and has been with the firm since 2020 in various roles.
Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Plunk worked as a Senior for Deloitte in their Audit and Assurance group. While at Deloitte, Mr. Plunk worked on various clients with a primary focus being in the retail sector for both public and privately held companies. Mr. Plunk received a B.B.A in Accounting degree and a Master in Accounting degree from the University of Arkansas.

Cory Gilbert, a certified public accountant, has served as MSC Income Fund's V.P. Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, Asset Management Business and has been with the firm in various roles since 2020.
Prior to joining Main Street, from June 2015 to December 2019, Mr. Gilbert served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for OHA Investment Corporation, a publicly traded business development company externally managed by Oak Hill Advisors LLP. From September 2013 to May 2015, Mr. Gilbert worked at RED Capital Group, the commercial mortgage banking arm of ORIX USA, where he most recently served as their Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, from September 2008 to August 2013, Mr. Gilbert served as a controller of ORIX USA. Prior thereto, Mr. Gilbert served as a manager in KPMG LLP financial services practice in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area.
Damian Burke is a Managing Director on our Lower Middle Market investment team. Mr. Burke joined Main Street in 2019. His responsibilities include managing a portfolio of Lower Middle Market investments where he is an active board member and assists those companies with various strategic initiatives, capital raises and M&A activity. Mr. Burke is also responsible for originating and executing on new investments for the firm.

Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Burke served as Chief Financial Officer of Melior Innovations, Inc., a Houston, Texas based company focused on commercializing new technologies in the semiconductor, coatings and oil field services sectors. Mr. Burke previously served as VP Corporate Development for Kraton Corporation (NYSE: KRA) and an SVP Development and Strategy with Oldcastle Inc. (now known as CRH Americas), the North American division of CRH plc (NYSE: CRH). Mr. Burke began his career as an engineer with ExxonMobil Corporation (NYSE: XOM), serving in roles of increasing responsibility in the United Kingdom and the United States
Dan Nicholas is a Director on our Lower Middle Market investment team and has been with the firm in various roles since 2018. Mr. Nicholas supports our investment team by sourcing new investment opportunities and leading the evaluation of new investment opportunities, including investment underwriting, due diligence and documentation. Mr. Nicholas is also active in leading the post-investment management of a portfolio of Lower Middle Market companies.
Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Nicholas served as a Senior Research Associate at Robert W. Baird & Co where he served on an Institutional Equity Research team covering the Community Bank and Business Development Company sectors.
Mr. Nicholas received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and is a CFA charterholder.
Daniel Jin is an Analyst at Main Street's Private Credit Team.
Mr. Jin graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Computer Science Certificate, and a Minor in Management Information Systems. David Magdol - Chief Investment Officer, President

David Magdol is our President and Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Magdol also serves as a member our management team's executive and investment committees. He was promoted to the role of President in November 2018 and has served as Chief Investment Officer since 2011. Previously, he also served as Vice Chairman and Senior Managing Director and in other senior executive positions at Main Street. Prior to our IPO in 2007, Mr. Magdol served as a Senior Managing Director and other executive positions of several Main Street predecessor funds and entities, which are now our subsidiaries. Mr. Magdol joined Main Street in 2002, becoming one of the founding members of the firm.
Mr. Magdol also serves as the President and Chief Investment Officer of MSC Income Fund, Inc., a business development company that is managed by MSC Adviser I, LLC, our wholly owned portfolio company and a registered investment adviser.
Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Magdol was a Vice President in the investment banking group at Lazard Freres & Co. Previously, he managed a portfolio of private equity investments for the McMullen Group, a private investment firm/family office capitalized by Dr. John J. McMullen, the former owner of the New Jersey Devils and the Houston Astros. Mr. Magdol began his career in the structured finance services group of JP Morgan Chase.

David Marquardt, a certified public accountant, has served as our Director of Valuations, Accounting and Finance since May 2023.
Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Marquardt was Assistant Controller (Management Company) at The Sterling Group, LP, where he helped lead the firm's accounting function and drove operational and reporting efficiencies for both the management company and portfolio companies. Prior to joining The Sterling Group, Mr. Marquardt spent six years in the financial services and energy audit groups at Grant Thornton, LLP. While at Grant Thornton, Mr. Marquardt worked on various asset management clients, namely BDCs and REITs, as well as both upstream and midstream clients within the firm's energy sector.
Mr. Marquardt received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Finance from The University of Oklahoma.
Delaney Morris graduated from the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric & Writing from the College of Liberal Arts. As an undergraduate, Ms. Morris was a Summer Analyst with Main Street in 2022.

Ms. Shive served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Belo Corp. (NYSE: BLC), a media company that owned several television stations, from 2008 until its acquisition by Gannett Co., Inc. in 2013. After the acquisition, Ms. Shive served as Senior Vice President of TEGNA Inc., formerly Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: TGNA, formerly GCI), a broadcast and digital media company, until 2017. She joined Belo Corp. in 1993 and served in a variety of leadership positions during her tenure, including Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Shive has served on the boards of directors of Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB), a global manufacturer of branded tissue and personal care products, since May 2019, and Trinity Industries, Inc. (NYSE: TRN), a leading provider of rail transportation products and services in North America, since March 2014, and DallasNews Corporation (NYSE: DALN), the leading local news and information publishing company in Texas, since September 2021. She serves (i) as the chair of the audit committee of Kimberly-Clark Corporation's board of directors, (ii) on the corporate governance and directors nominating committee, the finance and risk committee, and as the chair of the audit committee of Trinity Industries, Inc.'s board of directors and (iii) on the compensation and management development committee and the nominating and corporate governance committee of DallasNews Corporation's board of directors. Dwayne Hyzak is our Chief Executive Officer and a member of our Board of Directors. Mr. Hyzak also serves as a member of our management team's executive and investment committees. He was promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer in November 2018 and was elected to our Board of Directors in January 2018. Mr. Hyzak previously served in several executive roles from 2011 to 2018, including as our President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Managing Director, and also served in other senior executive positions at Main Street prior to 2011. Previously, Mr. Hyzak, a certified public accountant, was a Manager with Arthur Andersen in its Transaction Advisory Services group. Mr. Hyzak currently serves on the board of directors of Child Advocates, a non-profit organization that trains and supports advocates to serve the interests of abused or neglected children in the greater Houston area.
Eleanor Moody has served as an Associate since 2022 and has been with Main Street in various roles since joining in 2021. Prior to joining Main Street, Mrs. Moody served as an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at J.P. Morgan in Houston. While at J.P. Morgan, Mrs. Moody focused on the origination, structuring and execution of leveraged and high yield debt for diversified middle market and corporate clients. Mrs. Moody graduated summa cum laude from Baylor University receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Business Fellows, Economics, Finance and Secondary Mathematics. As an undergraduate, Mrs. Moody participated in internships at J.P. Morgan and The United Way of Greater Houston.

Elizabeth Winkelmann, a certified public accountant, has served as on our tax team in various roles since 2021. Ms. Winkelmann oversees the tax compliance and financial reporting obligations for Main Street and advises on structuring and general tax matters for the portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Main Street, Ms. Winkelmann spent eight years in the Business Tax Services group at KPMG LLP in Houston, most recently serving as a Tax Senior Manager. While at KPMG, Ms. Winkelmann spent most of her time assisting clients with federal tax compliance and planning, financial accounting for income taxes, performing complex tax research projects, and serving as a tax specialist team member on SEC and private audit engagements.
Ms. Winkelmann received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree and a Master in Professional Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Ellie Kronlokken is an Analyst on Main Street's Lower Middle Market team.
Ms. Kronlokken graduated summa cum laude from Baylor University receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Business Fellows, Finance, and Mathematics. As an undergraduate, Ms. Kronlokken was an analyst for the Baylor Angel Network - a student driven, angel investment fund.
Eric Vallejo is a Senior Associate on our Lower Middle Market investment team and has been with Main Street in various roles since 2019. Gabrielle Vaughn is an Operations & Data Analyst on Main Street's Private Credit team. Ms. Vaughn formerly served as Administrative Assistant to the Managing Directors of the Private Credit team. She is a member of the Junior League of Houston, having previously been a member of the Junior League of Baton Rouge, and formerly served as Vice President of Cultural Diversity for Forum 225 and Advisory Board Member of Capital Area ReEntry Coalition in Baton Rouge. Ms. Vaughn graduated from Louisiana State University, receiving a B.A. in Anthropology.
Grant Lund is a Senior Associate on our Lower Middle Market investment team and has been with the firm in various roles since 2018. Mr. Griffin serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance for UPMC, one of the world's leading integrated healthcare delivery systems with approximately $26 billion in annual revenue. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, UPMC primarily serves residents across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, western New York and northwestern Maryland, but also draws patients for highly specialized services from across the nation and around the world. UPMC serves as both a provider and insurer, owning and operating over 40 hospitals and 800 clinical locations, and offering a variety of insurance products that cover approximately 4.5 million lives. Prior to joining UPMC in January 2024, Mr. Griffin was the Chief Strategy Officer for MaineHealth since 2022 and the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Novant Health from 2012 until 2022. Before embarking on his career in healthcare, Mr. Griffin was a career investment banker who worked for several notable firms including Lazard Ltd, JPMorgan, Bank of America and several boutique firms. Mr. Griffin's investment banking experience consists primarily of executing and originating mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. In addition to his professional qualifications, Mr. Griffin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
Jaime Arreola is a Managing Director on our Lower Middle Market investment team. Mr. Arreola joined Main Street in 2023. His responsibilities include originating and executing on new investments for the firm. Mr. Arreola is also responsible for managing a portfolio of Lower Middle Market investments and assists those companies with various strategic initiatives, capital raises and M&A activity.
Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Arreola was a Managing Director at Alloy Capital, a private credit firm that invests in growing companies in the middle market in Mexico. Mr. Arreola was responsible for all the origination, and negotiation of new investments as well as overseeing and monitoring of portfolio companies. Mr. Arreola previously served as Principal of Pinto America Growth Fund L.P. ("PAGF"), a private equity fund focused on investing in fast growing companies in the Hispanic market in the U.S. and as CEO of Excel Distribution, a specialty distributor of Hispanic food products.
Mr. Arreola began his career as a Brand Manager for Pepsico. Mr. Arreola holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Monterrey, Mexico and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Jake Hutcherson is a Vice President on our Lower Middle Market investment team and has been with the firm in various roles since 2021. Mr. Hutcherson supports our investment team by sourcing new investment opportunities and leading the evaluation of new investment opportunities, including investment underwriting, due diligence and documentation. Mr. Hutcherson is also active in leading the post-investment management of a portfolio of Lower Middle Market companies.

Jason Beauvais is our Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary. Mr. Beauvais has served as General Counsel and Secretary since joining the firm in 2008, as Chief Compliance Officer since 2012 and as Executive Vice President since 2021.
Mr. Beauvais also serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of MSC Income Fund, Inc., a business development company (BDC) that is managed by MSC Adviser I, LLC, our wholly owned portfolio company and a registered investment adviser. In addition, he serves as chair of the BDC Council Legal Committee of the Small Business Investor Alliance (SBIA). Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Beauvais was an attorney with Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: OXY), an international oil and gas exploration and production company. Before that, Mr. Beauvais practiced corporate and securities law at Baker Botts L.L.P., where he primarily counseled companies in public issuances and private placements of debt and equity and handled a wide range of general corporate and securities matters as well as mergers and acquisitions.

(NYSE: BAS), a provider of well-site services in the United States to oil and natural gas drilling and producing companies, from December 2016 until December 2021, and was a member of the compensation committee and the chair of the audit committee of Basic Energy Services, Inc. Scott A. Grass has served as a Director since 2021 and has been with the firm in various roles since 2010. Mr. Solcher served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Operations and Chief Financial Officer of BMC Software, Inc. ("BMC"), a privately held company that is a global leader in software solutions, from August 2005 until October 2020, and as executive advisor from October 2020 until October 2021. Previously, Mr. Solcher served as BMC's Treasurer and Vice President of Finance. He joined BMC in September 1991 as Assistant Treasurer and became Treasurer the following year. During Mr. Solcher's tenure, BMC grew from nearly $130 million in annual revenue to $2.2 billion in annual revenue in 2013, its last year operating as a public company. In addition to leading many M&A transactions as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Solcher was instrumental in BMC's transition from being a publicly traded company to becoming a privately held company in 2013. Prior to joining BMC, he was employed by Arthur Andersen as a certified public accountant. Vincent Foster is our Executive Chairman and the Chairman of our Board of Directors. Mr. Foster assumed the role of Executive Chairman in November 2018, after previously serving as our Chief Executive Officer since our IPO in 2007. Mr. Foster has served as the Chairman of our Board of Directors since our IPO in 2007. He also serves as a member of our management team's executive and investment committees. Prior to our IPO in 2007, Mr. Foster previously acted as co-managing partner and in other senior executive positions of several Main Street predecessor funds and entities. Mr. Foster co-founded Main Street's predecessor funds and entities in 1997.
Mr. Foster also currently serves as a founding director of Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE: PWR), which provides specialty contracting services to the power, natural gas and telecommunications industries, where he also serves on the audit committee and chairs its investment committee. Previously, he also served as a director of U.S. Concrete, Inc. (NASDAQ CM: USCR) from 1999 until 2010, Carriage Services, Inc. (NYSE: CSV) from 1999 to 2011, HMS Income Fund, Inc., a non-publicly traded business development company of which MSC Adviser I, LLC, our wholly owned subsidiary, acted as the investment sub adviser, from 2012 until 2013, and Team, Inc. (NYSE: TISI) from 2005 until 2017. In addition, Mr. Foster served as a founding director of the Texas TriCities Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors from 2004 to 2011.
Prior to co-founding Main Street, Mr. Foster, a certified public accountant, had a 19-year career with Arthur Andersen, where he was a partner from 1988 to 1997. Mr. Foster was the director of Arthur Andersen's Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions practice for the Southwest United States and specialized in working with companies involved in consolidating their respective industries. Mr. Foster received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 Award in the financial services category in the Houston & Gulf Coast Area. The program honors entrepreneurs who have demonstrated exceptionality in innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.
Mr. Foster currently serves on the Eli Broad College of Business Advisory Board and as a Board Member Emeritus of the Honors College at the University of Houston. Yair Coronel is an Associate on Main Street's Lower Middle Market investment team and has been with the firm since 2023. Mr. Coronel supports our investment team with deal underwriting, due diligence and documentation of new investments and the post-investment management of a portfolio of Lower Middle Market companies. Prior to Main Street, Mr. Coronel supported the investment team at Flexpoint Ford within their Chicago office. Mr. Coronel graduated from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley in May 2019.
