Adam Park

Adam Park has served as our Assistant General Counsel since September 2020. Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Park practiced corporate and securities law at Baker & Hostetler LLP, where he primarily counseled clients in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Baker & Hostetler, Mr. Park was an associate in the business practices group at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP, where he focused on the formation, regulation, and operation of public and private funds, including business development companies. Mr. Park holds a B.A. from the College of William and Mary in Philosophy and a J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law.

Alanson Tobias

Prior to Main Street, Mr. Tobias was an Investment Banking Analyst at BMO Capital Markets in Chicago. While at BMO Capital Markets, Mr. Tobias focused on the origination, structuring, and syndication of leveraged, pro rata debt for diversified middle market clients. Mr. Tobias graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Iowa receiving a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics.

Alejandro Palomo - VP

Alejandro Palomo re-joined Main Street in June of 2021 as a Vice President after spending several years with Hines Interests Limited Partnership ("Hines") in various roles in support of Hines' credit investment business. Mr. Palomo joined Hines in August 2012 as a Director-Investment Management and was promoted to Managing Director-Investment Management at Hines in August 2016. From June 2019 until October 2020, Mr. Palomo has served as Chief Investment Officer of MSC Income Fund, Inc and Mr. Palomo served as the lead member of the investment committee, as senior portfolio manager, and as a member of the valuation committee for HMS Adviser, LLC from his arrival at Hines in 2012 until April 2021. In these roles, Mr. Palomo was involved with the evaluation and approval of MSC Income Fund, Inc.'s investment opportunities as well as the monitoring of investment performance and valuation of the portfolio. Prior to joining Hines, from March 2008 to August 2012, Mr. Palomo was a Director at Main Street involved with the origination, underwriting and valuation of investments within Main Street's lower middle-market portfolio. Before joining Main Street, from January 2005 to March 2008, Mr. Palomo worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the transaction services group and the audit practice. He holds a B.B.A and a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Texas at El Paso and is a certified public accountant.

Amber Johnson

Amber Johnson, a CFE, is the Senior Manager of our Financial Planning & Analysis group. Mrs. Johnson has been with the firm since 2018, supporting our Lower Middle Market teams with additional review and analysis of portfolio company financials. Mrs. Johnson's role also includes the implementation and maintenance of OneStream to support our portfolio companies. Previously, Mrs. Johnson worked at Deloitte in the audit group to assist with quarterly and annual audits, as well as internal control audit procedures. Mrs. Johnson holds a Master's of Science in Accounting degree from Lamar University.

Ashley Seatter

Mr. Lane has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Comfort Systems USA, Inc. (NYSE: FIX), a leading provider of commercial, industrial and institutional heating, ventilation and air conditioning and electrical services, since December 2011 and as a director of Comfort Systems since November 2010. Mr. Lane served as Comfort Systems' President and Chief Operating Officer from March 2010 until December 2011. Mr. Lane joined Comfort Systems in October 2003 and served as Vice President and then Senior Vice President for Region One until he was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2009. Prior to joining Comfort Systems, Mr. Lane spent fifteen years at Halliburton Company (NYSE: HAL), a global service and equipment company devoted to energy, industrial, and government customers. During his tenure at Halliburton, he held various positions in business development, strategy and project initiatives, and he departed as the Regional Director of Europe and Africa. Mr. Lane's additional experience included serving as a Regional Director of Capstone Turbine Corporation (NASDAQ: CPST), a distributed power manufacturer. He also was a Vice President of Kvaerner, an international engineering and construction company, where he focused on the chemical industry. Mr. Lane earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from Boston College.

Carlos Gilson

Charles P. Rosenstein, a C.P.A., has served as our Controller since 2010 and has been at the firm in various roles since 2008. Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Rosenstein was a Financial Analyst with Mariner Energy, Inc. where he was involved with all aspects of SEC reporting and management analysis. Prior to Mariner Energy, Mr. Rosenstein served as a senior SEC Auditor for the accounting firm Malone & Bailey, P.C. In this position, he was responsible for planning, supervising and completing audits for SEC clients and training and supervising entry level staff. While at Malone & Bailey, Mr. Rosenstein worked extensively with clients in the oil and gas industry.

Cole Daill - VP

Conner Plunk

Cory Gilbert, a certified public accountant, has served as MSC Income Fund's V.P. Dan Nicholas

David Magdol is our President and Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Magdol also serves as a member our management team's executive and investment committees. He was promoted to the role of President in November 2018 and has served as Chief Investment Officer since 2011. Previously, he also served as Vice Chairman and Senior Managing Director and in other senior executive positions at Main Street. Prior to our IPO in 2007, Mr. Magdol served as a Senior Managing Director and other executive positions of several Main Street predecessor funds and entities, which are now our subsidiaries. Mr. Magdol joined Main Street in 2002, becoming one of the founding members of the firm. Mr. Magdol also serves as the President and Chief Investment Officer of MSC Income Fund, Inc., a business development company that is managed by MSC Adviser I, LLC, our wholly owned portfolio company and a registered investment adviser. Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Magdol was a Vice President in the investment banking group at Lazard Freres & Co. David Marquardt

David Marquardt, a certified public accountant, has served as our Director of Valuations, Accounting and Finance since May 2023. Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Marquardt was Assistant Controller (Management Company) at The Sterling Group, LP, where he helped lead the firm's accounting function and drove operational and reporting efficiencies for both the management company and portfolio companies. Prior to joining The Sterling Group, Mr. Marquardt spent six years in the financial services and energy audit groups at Grant Thornton, LLP. While at Grant Thornton, Mr. Marquardt worked on various asset management clients, namely BDCs and REITs, as well as both upstream and midstream clients within the firm's energy sector. Mr. Marquardt received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Finance from The University of Oklahoma.

Ms. Shive served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Belo Corp. (NYSE: BLC), a media company that owned several television stations, from 2008 until its acquisition by Gannett Co., Inc. in 2013. After the acquisition, Ms. Shive served as Senior Vice President of TEGNA Inc., formerly Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: TGNA, formerly GCI), a broadcast and digital media company, until 2017. She joined Belo Corp. in 1993 and served in a variety of leadership positions during her tenure, including Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Shive has served on the boards of directors of Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB), a global manufacturer of branded tissue and personal care products, since May 2019, and Trinity Industries, Inc. (NYSE: TRN), a leading provider of rail transportation products and services in North America, since March 2014, and DallasNews Corporation (NYSE: DALN), the leading local news and information publishing company in Texas, since September 2021. Eleanor Moody

Elizabeth Winkelmann

Elizabeth Winkelmann, a certified public accountant, has served as on our tax team in various roles since 2021. Ms. Winkelmann oversees the tax compliance and financial reporting obligations for Main Street and advises on structuring and general tax matters for the portfolio companies. Prior to joining Main Street, Ms. Winkelmann spent eight years in the Business Tax Services group at KPMG LLP in Houston, most recently serving as a Tax Senior Manager. While at KPMG, Ms. Winkelmann spent most of her time assisting clients with federal tax compliance and planning, financial accounting for income taxes, performing complex tax research projects, and serving as a tax specialist team member on SEC and private audit engagements. Ms. Winkelmann received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree and a Master in Professional Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Ellie Kronlokken

Prior to joining UPMC in January 2024, Mr. Griffin was the Chief Strategy Officer for MaineHealth since 2022 and the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Novant Health from 2012 until 2022. Before embarking on his career in healthcare, Mr. Griffin was a career investment banker who worked for several notable firms including Lazard Ltd, JPMorgan, Bank of America and several boutique firms. Mr. Griffin's investment banking experience consists primarily of executing and originating mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. In addition to his professional qualifications, Mr. Griffin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Arreola began his career as a Brand Manager for Pepsico. Trevor Deeks is a Senior Associate on Main Street's Lower Middle Market investment team and has been with the firm in various roles since 2021. Mr. Deeks supports our investment team with the evaluation of new investment opportunities and assists with investment underwriting, due diligence, and documentation of new investments and the post-investment management of a portfolio of Lower Middle Market companies. Prior to Main Street, Mr. Deeks was an Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities in the Mergers & Acquisitions investment banking group focused on the Energy & Power industry. Mr. Deeks graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.

Vincent Foster - Chairman

Vincent Foster is our Executive Chairman and the Chairman of our Board of Directors. Mr. Foster assumed the role of Executive Chairman in November 2018, after previously serving as our Chief Executive Officer since our IPO in 2007. Mr. Foster has served as the Chairman of our Board of Directors since our IPO in 2007. He also serves as a member of our management team's executive and investment committees. Prior to our IPO in 2007, Mr. Foster previously acted as co-managing partner and in other senior executive positions of several Main Street predecessor funds and entities. Mr. Foster co-founded Main Street's predecessor funds and entities in 1997. Mr. Foster also currently serves as a founding director of Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE: PWR), which provides specialty contracting services to the power, natural gas and telecommunications industries, where he also serves on the audit committee and chairs its investment committee. Previously, he also served as a director of U.S. Concrete, Inc. (NASDAQ CM: USCR) from 1999 until 2010, Carriage Services, Inc. (NYSE: CSV) from 1999 to 2011, HMS Income Fund, Inc., a non-publicly traded business development company of which MSC Adviser I, LLC, our wholly owned subsidiary, acted as the investment sub adviser, from 2012 until 2013, and Team, Inc. (NYSE: TISI) from 2005 until 2017. In addition, Mr. Foster served as a founding director of the Texas TriCities Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors from 2004 to 2011. Prior to co-founding Main Street, Mr. Foster, a certified public accountant, had a 19-year career with Arthur Andersen, where he was a partner from 1988 to 1997. Mr. Foster was the director of Arthur Andersen's Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions practice for the Southwest United States and specialized in working with companies involved in consolidating their respective industries. Mr. Foster received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 Award in the financial services category in the Houston & Gulf Coast Area. The program honors entrepreneurs who have demonstrated exceptionality in innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Mr. Foster currently serves on the Eli Broad College of Business Advisory Board and as a Board Member Emeritus of the Honors College at the University of Houston. Mr. Foster holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Michigan State University and a J.D. degree from Wayne State University Law School.

Mr. Coronel supports our investment team with deal underwriting, due diligence and documentation of new investments and the post-investment management of a portfolio of Lower Middle Market companies. Prior to Main Street, Mr. Coronel supported the investment team at Flexpoint Ford within their Chicago office. Mr. Coronel graduated from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley in May 2019.
