Anna joined Lucrum in 2018 as Office Manager after helping the company with various projects on an as-needed basis. Since joining Lucrum on a part-time basis, her responsibilities have grown to include handling Lucrum's A/R and A/P, light bookkeeping, managing customer agreements, and anything else that might fall into her lap. Anna is now an integral part of the Lucrum team and often one of the first contact points for new clients.
After an extensive career in technology marketing and sales, Anna made the decision to be a stay-at-home mom, raising twin children. As the twins are now teenagers, she is happy to be back in the workforce. Anna and her family have called Charlotte home for the past 8 years, where they enjoy hiking, camping, gardening, and attending concerts.
After earning a master's degree in accounting from Liberty University, Bailey worked in small business performing both administrative and accounting functions including A/P, A/R, inventory, and bank reconciliations. Ready for a change of scenery, she moved to Charlotte from the Virginia area to join the Lucrum team.
An avid sports fan, Bailey is often found watching football and basketball on the weekends and cheering on her favorite team - the Carolina Tar Heels. She enjoys spending time with her family, which usually involves being active and playing sports.

Debbi brings more than nineteen years of professional bookkeeping services to the Lucrum Team. In working with CPA firms which offered such services, she was responsible for a full array of regular accounting services for small firms: bank reconciliation, A/R & A/P, payroll, monthly financial reporting and Human Resources as needed.
Debbi's industry experience includes: home builders, subcontractors, commercial and industrial clients, commercial security firms, non-profit organizations, entertainment management firms, advertising and marketing firms and racehorse breeders.
A native of South Africa, Debbi and her husband recently relocated to Charlotte where they are active in their church. They have three grown children. Besides being an avid reader of non-fiction history books, she enjoys sewing and cross stitch.

Jeff is the founder of Lucrum Consulting and has been a financial and accounting professional since 2001, bringing a wealth of experience to Lucrum clients. Following his graduation from Guilford College with a degree in accounting, Jeff started his career with the tax department at the CPA firm Pesta Finnie & Associates. In 2004, he completed a Masters of Accounting from UNC-Charlotte, and in 2005 was named Chief Financial Officer of Mulvaney Properties and The Altura Group, LTD. When he started Lucrum in 2009, Jeff leveraged this experience to serve other land development and construction clients.
Jeff's industry expertise includes: homebuilders, construction subcontractors, professional service firms, restaurants, commercial real estate developers, and start-ups.
A Charlotte resident since 1984, Jeff is an Eagle Scout and remains active in Scouting in Fort Mill's Pack 108 with his boys. A father of two sons, Jeff and his wife, Taylor, are an active outdoor family and can be found at ball fields and gyms all over the Ballantyne/Fort Mill area. Jeff enjoys his morning workouts at the Y, shooting, hunting and fishing, and usually has more home improvement projects in process than he can handle.
John is a CFO Business Advisor at Lucrum Consulting who enjoys navigating the ambiguity and complexity of financial data and finding clear, actionable strategies. He holds a Master's in Accounting from Auburn University and started his career at Accenture in their strategy consulting practice. Post-Accenture, John has worked with various startups around the world, driving growth and innovation in payment technology and automation software.
In his free time, John loves exploring Charlotte's food scene with his wife, Madison, taking long walks with his bloodhound, mountain biking, and reading. He's a huge advocate for teleportation technology with hopes that one day, he can ski and spearfish more frequently.
Earning a Finance degree at Virginia Tech, Lauren spent ten years in consumer and commercial portfolio management with two major banks. For the next seven years, Lauren focused on small business construction, where she performed various administrative, accounting, and project management functions. After taking time off following the birth of her third child, Lauren joined the Lucrum team to further her accounting career.
Lauren loves being outdoors, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. She and her husband are active in their church, and you'll find them on the ballfield most weekends watching their children play sports.
Patti brings over 20 years of expertise in bookkeeping and accounting to the Lucrum team. Her experience spans various industries, including marketing and advertising, interior design, property management, and professional services - with a focus on small to medium-sized businesses. She particularly values the relationships she develops with her clients.
After earning her accounting degree, Patti began her career in Florida working at an insolvency consulting firm. She then took a career break to raise her family before re-entering the workforce. In 2014, Patti and her family settled in Charlotte and have enjoyed discovering all the state has to offer.
In her free time, Patti loves traveling, attending concerts and sporting events, and spending time on the water with family and friends. At home, she can often be found reading, cooking, or tackling the next organization project.
Saxby joins Lucrum Consulting as a CFO/Business Advisor with eight years of accounting and financial management experience. He brings a strong background in technical accounting and financial planning and analysis. Following his graduation from Appalachian State University with a master's degree in accounting, Saxby started his career as an auditor with PwC before joining Wells Fargo's asset management division, where he focused on process improvements and internal controls. In his most recent role as Senior Consolidation Accountant for Elior North America, Saxby had financial reporting responsibility for their North American operations.
A native Charlottean, Saxby enjoys traveling, snow skiing, and spending time at the U.S. National Whitewater Center with his girlfriend and his dog. Colorado is a favorite destination for outdoor activities, and he hopes someday to go skiing in Japan.

Stephanie has almost 30 years of accounting and financial management experience. Working for both small and medium-sized companies in trucking, distribution, insurance, manufacturing, and IT technology, she has been focused on general ledger accounting, forecasting and financial analysis, as well as treasury management.
A native of South Carolina, Stephanie has always lived and worked in the Charlotte-area. She earned both her undergraduate degree (Finance) and MBA (Accounting Emphasis) from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC. and currently holds an active CPA license in South Carolina. One of Stephanie's favorite things to do is riding and exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway with her husband, two daughters and their dog. When not out riding somewhere, she enjoys watching college sports and playing piano.
Tetiana earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from the Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture in Dnipro, Ukraine. After studying Tetiana performed various administrative, customer service, bookkeeping, coordination, planning and office management functions. For five years she worked for the leader of the world sunflower oil market and the largest producer and exporter of grains in Ukraine, where she got bookkeeping and accounting experience. Upon arriving in the United States, Tetiana joined the Lucrum team to further her bookkeeping and accounting career.
A native of Ukraine, Tetiana relocated to Charlotte area with her two cats, Tessa and Leo. She enjoys outdoor activities, food, traveling and learning different cultures and traditions, also watching different movies and series from different countries. She recently bought her first car and is practicing her driving with a goal of taking her first road trip on an American interstate.
