Lance was born in San Diego, CA - but grew up in Denver, CO. He did his undergraduate studies at CU-Boulder. He obtained his property & casualty insurance license in 1993 and worked summers at Mile High Group (MHG)- his dad's family-owned/operated insurance brokerage. He did graduate business studies (MBA) at UC-Berkeley (Hass School of Business) and law school at CU-Boulder. He has been an AV-rated licensed attorney since 1997. He is a seasoned trial lawyer practicing in areas of criminal defense, personal injury, and business/commercial litigation. Since 2002, Lance has owned/operated his own boutique law firm- Maningo Law (www.maningolaw.com).

In 2023, Zane transferred to UNLV to finish his studies and build MHG-LV. He is presently a junior at UNLV- studying Inter-disciplinary Studies. He has worked as a remote customer service representative for Mile High Group since 2020. He is presently a customer service representative for both MHG and MHG-LV and will obtain his property & casualty insurance license in 2023. Zane lives in Las Vegas, NV- while traveling to Denver multiple times each month. At MHG-LV, Zane is Chief Marketing Officer- and is instrumental in sales and service.
